Staff try very hard to maintain a good work place. 99% of the staff are very nice, carring, and accommodating to client needs. I am new here and really like it. We are all working hard to facilitate positive living, and working for all. Don't be afraid to come stay with us.

I have read all of the reviews and have to disagree with what was said. I do think there were plenty of issues in the past but we are, as a team, turning things around. The staff is starting to enjoy coming to work. They/we all say good morning or see you tomorrow like you would with your own family. Along with the happier staff comes better care. We are moving forward and improving every day. I am proud to be a staff member here at Summits Trace. If you truly want to take care of people, come join us. If you truly need good care, come join us.

My brother has been here at summit trace for a couple months and the transition has been wonderful Mr Frank has left no stone unturned to help my brother get to the place that he need to be ,the staff has been exemplary , either care of my brother even with his stubbornness they have really worked hard to get him to where he needs to be even though lately he had a hip replacement , tell genuine concern about my brother's care and health , he is very stubborn, they look past that even though they know humans do what humans do!! Have to do with a lot of personalities and mental illness but they understand, Icouldn't ask for a better assisted living to take him to!! They genuinely care about his health his way of life I can't leave the nurse out Heather on assisted living side although she just got here she's been hands on since he's been in the hospital she's called she checks on him I can't think this place enough and I thank God forl leading us here

I work in the assisted living as the director but the whole building is full of love and support I wouldn't choose another company to work for! Always accepting volunteers for activities and visitors for all of the amazing people the reside in and are receiving rehabilitation services.

I just was recently hired here and it is a nice place to work for. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. They have a buddy system for new employees and it links them with managers in the building so that they can have a smoother transition. They also really care about the residents and their needs. It is a great environment for staff and residents.

I had family that lived there and the supervisor by the name of Efrem, an African Gut was always so nice and treated my family very well and always made sure they were taken care of. If he were to go that place would be a mess.
