My Mom is staying at Richview Manor for the Rehabilitation Program. its bee 2 weeks, so far the nurses are so nice and attentive, the food is good, its not her Italian cooking, but its been ok. So far so good, its great that they have this program, to get her back up on her feet.

I had the great opportunity to work at Richview Manor as a Dining Room Assistant through the Summer Student Program. I truly enjoyed my time at Richview! All of the managers are extremely welcoming and supportive. They go the extra mile to ensure every employee feels safe and comfortable in their work environment as well as serves the residents with great care and compassion. Not only are they excellent employers, but they are also empathetic individuals who unconditionally provide a helping hand to each and every employee. It is always a pleasure to serve the residents - they are so kind-hearted and considerate. Just a small conversation with them will put a smile on your face. I highly recommend working at Richview Manor for those interested in exploring careers at retirement homes.

My dad's time at Richview Manor was absolutely wonderful! The outstanding facilities, staff and entertainment was something he shared with us all the time. The singing, dancing, card games, religious services and food were all things he embraced and enjoyed. Our family will always be so appreciative for all the care and support shown to our dad. I've spent 2 years working at Richview Manor as a summer student within the Administration department and my experience has been nothing but amazing. The staff are kind, caring and very willing to extend their aid when needed. The management team is supportive, understanding and foster a great workplace environment. More so, the residents are warm and don't ever fail to brighten your day. If you're considering working within the retirement industry, apply!

I was hired as a summer student within the life enrichment and admin department. Overall a great place to work! The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get acquainted to the residents and overall environment. Richview Manor does fun and interesting things such as having a large parties once a week for all residents (while following COVID protocols). The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas.

I have been working at Richview Manor in the Life Enrichment department for over a year now. My experience at Richview Manor has been nothing but amazing. All the staff are delightful to work with and incredibly dedicated to the residents. As a university student, I found Richview to be an environment where I felt safe to learn and grow. The managers have all taught me so much, and are always supportive and helpful. Working in Life Enrichment is an extremely fulfilling job. Not only do we get to brighten the residents' days, but the residents are always so kind and I never fail to leave work without a smile on my face. The Life Enrichment programs are innovative, benefit the residents, and are most importantly fun! Richview Manor is so special because all the staff care about the residents so much. I would recommend working in a retirement home to anyone, especially at Richview!

The management of the residence is very incompetent in ensuring the safety of the residents during this pandemic. Lax safety protocol enforcement for heath care providers and staff that work in the residence has resulted in unfair isolation of residents. Since October 2020, residents have spent 50% of their time in isolation due to suspected outbreak among staff members. This is still occurring to date even after all residents have been vaccinated and tested negative after each occurrence.

At the Richview Manor , I came to visit there a while I'm training PSW. I would saying that my manager is so friendly , let me to have the chances to work with the clients and the staffs as well. This place is very cleaning , people , staffs are so friendly. I felt so welcome with them. I've see that the care givers were good taking. They provided them to keep good shape in a good living . I would recommend that need more reach of them will living there .

I am a placement student at Richview Manor and absolutely love coming here! The staff and residents are very welcoming and always willing to having some fun! I have spoke so highly about Richview to my family, that my grandmother came in to tour and is now considering to move in!!!

Review Written By Family Member Vanessa Grafi Sept. 9th, 2016. Our parents Susan and Fred Grafi have been residents of Richview Manor since the spring of 2015. The move for them was a big adjustment as it would be for anyone who is leaving a place that has been considered their HOME for most of their life. Our parents were leaving what was an independent life to one that needed assistance and personal care. This was both emotional for hem and at times frustrating. Moving to Richview Manor was requiring them to change their usual day to day schedule and now be part of planned activities and events; reside in a community that encouraged inclusion and participation and leaving their own space to one that is shared. After settling in and figuring how to live in a new HOME with a community of residents who have their own stories to be heard, different opinions and needs we are delighted they have adjusted very well. Living at Richview has still offered them the feeling of independence they cherish. A suite they can call home, meals they can request when getting a craving for something familiar that was once enjoyed, ideas about activities and events that would enjoyed by all the residents and for our dad a glass of wine with dinner, plus still able to do his own laundry "his own decision". Along with a space to call their own our parents have always enjoyed the fun side of life too which Richview Manor has offered through outings to stores, restaurants, art shows, dancing, barbeques, movies, fundraiser events and even being entertained by belly dancers. The care givers, staff and volunteers truly enjoy being part of the Richview Manor Community and ensure our parents' concerns or wishes are being heard and supported.
