I highly recommend this facility! The administration is top notch and I love coming to this facility to get involved with the residents with various activities! Noel and Casey are so loving, wonderful and assist with making sure the residents are well taken care of! Melissa is a sweetheart and provides exceptional care to the residents. It's always a pleasure coming by to see the residents and enjoy time with them. You will not be disappointed by any stretch of the imagination with this facility and I appreciate all the work they do for their community!

Hands down the best assisted living facility in Jackson County. To know the administrator is to absolutely adore her. She is a nurturer at heart and has always exceeded any expectations. Casey goes above and beyond in everything she does and I know she has the same expectations of the staff caring for the residents. I've seen it for myself, the residents love her so much! I can't thank Casey and the staff as well as Becky, the NP, enough, they genuinely care about the residents as well as take great care of them. The staff is interactive and provide many activities for the residents to do and the hearty, home cooked meals are awesome! Everyone here works so hard and always has a smile and a kind voice. Bountiful Hills has gone through some changes. There were 2 Executive Directors (now fired) that ran the place horribly. My mother has been there for several years and now with Hanna as the Executive Director, Bountiful Hills will return to it's former self. They residents are happy, safe, content and have activities that they did not these past 2 years. Hanna brings a level of expectation from her staff that is superior compared to other facilities. Tatiana, Wellness Coordinator, is involved with coordinating patient plans and making sure each resident has the correct medications, PT, OT or any other medical necessity they may need. And Melissa, Kayten and Jesse....they are the kindest, most patient and attentive care givers. If you are searching for a place for a family member...Bountiful Hills feels like home. The problems have been weeded out. Go for a visit. Check it out. The care your family member will receive is worth your time to go.

The staff treated my loved one as a family member. Special dietary needs were met with no issues. The administration was able to connect us with specialized care providers as needed. They were even available after normal business hours. Clean facility. Spacious room with nice view.

The staff and administration at Bountiful Hills have been amazing! We moved my Mom in to their memory care unit recently and the change in Mom's overall health has been such a blessing. She's now receiving the kind, caring, and compassionate care she so richly deserves. Cheri met my sister's and I at the hospital when we were reeling with shock that my father would not be returning to independent life as he knew it. She was full of grace and sympathy but also very direct and professional. Since Daddy has been at Bountiful Hills, Cheri has become like another sister She knows family jokes and how to motivate him in very personal ways. He has progressed steadily with symptoms of dementia and is now residing in 'Memory Care' as a third option .The sensitivity and nurture residents AND family that visit are receiving are above any job description! We are so grateful for my fathers new "home"!

Bountiful Hills has been a great experience for us. My mom is there while recovering from a fall and the staff has been wonderful from day one, taking extra time with our family to explain everything and talk us through every situation. She's suffering from memory & cognitive function loss so she needs cueing often to join the group, come to dinner, etc. Our hope is that she will recover enough to go home and the staff fully supports us, reminding her that she's there to get better. They keep her upbeat & feeling good about her condition. The whole place is freshly painted, with new furniture, carpet, linens - everything sparkling clean. They just opened, and it is a smaller community, so there aren't tons of activities, but that's perfect for us. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for senior care in the area.

I have been visiting this facility for over a year (providing hospice services) and it is one of the nicest around. Their staff is wonderful and attentive to the needs of their residents. I highly recommend BH to anyone looking for placement of a loved one. They will be well taken care of.
