My mobility is compromised, and I have to get around on an electric scooter. My husband did many of the things around the house, but when he was stricken with a severe spinal infection (with weeks of surgery and rehabilitation), we were in dire need of help.Lisa Feygin has been such a pleasure to deal with. She came to the house, assessed our needs, and has done a marvelous job of pairing us with personable, hard-working caregivers who have made such a difference in this stress-filled time of our lives. I don't know what we would have done without Lisa and the folks at Kindred.

My parents live across the country from me and Kindred cares for them like I would if I was there. If anything is urgent, they call me immediately. We began using Kindred at Home in April and I have been totally impressed with their service including their administration staff and safety during this covid time. Our caregiver Royleen was pleasant ,experienced and took excellent care of my husband until mid june when we left Arizona. She was tuned into both his needs and mine and was happy to help me with the day to day chores including meal preparation, food shopping and taking my husband to doctor appointments. Im hoping she will be available when we return to Arizona in the fall but if not i am confident that Kindred will find someone special to assist us.

Kindred provided superior home care for my mother when she was ill. Mo was extremely helpful and set us up with the most amazing care provider, Victoria. Victoria was so kind and patient with my mom. She went above and beyond to help us with tasks involving my mom, tasks around the house, and just being a friend and companion to my mom. Mo was wonderful at checking in and making sure all of our needs were met. I would recommend Kindred to anyone needing a little help!!!!!

We are fortunate and blessed that Victoria took such good care of our dad during his battle with cancer and dementia. She is amazing! She went out of her way to find things he would like to eat when he lost his appetite. She took him to visit his mom and encouraged him to stay in contact with his friends and got people to come visit him. His Hospice team was appreciative of all her hard work and they knew how difficult he could be some days because of his dementia. She went to visit him right before he passed in the hospice house. Our family is thankful she was there for us and him. I know God sent us the right person! Mo arranged her for us and she was spot on! Thank you to everyone who helped us during this difficult time.

Our parents have multiple health issues and we were unable to leave them alone. What started as part-time care suddenly became a full-time necessity and Kindred stepped in and made sure they were available 24-7 on extremely short notice. The caregivers made the effort to get to know my parents as people and individuals and treated them with kindness, respect and love. We could not have asked for better care for them and were able to completely ease our minds knowing that we could 100% rely on Kindred to care for them as we would if we were able to be there. Kindred communicated everything, even details about my parents days and care, and were proactive in noting and following through on aspects of care that they felt may be beneficial for my parents. When the time came to move my parents into a fulltime care facility, Kindred even came to visit them in their new home just to make sure their needs were being met and to show they care. Kindred did not in any way have the responsibility of doing that – they did it out of love and kindness, and that alone shows that their hearts are in their work. When looking for care for someone we love, we all just want someone who will care for our loved ones as we would. That is exactly what you get with Kindred. They are loving, compassionate, and their hearts are in all they do. I would recommend Kindred to anyone, and if anyone I love ever needs home health care, I will not be shopping around – I will be calling Kindred without hesitation.

I have been working with Kindred for the past 2 years. During the past 2 years it has been a roller coaster, but we finally have a rock star staff that is like family to me. They are very accomodating if you need to tweak your hours. I love Karena and Mo and I believe they go above and beyond for their staff!
