Poor quality Care as far as administration they preach that we the client need to let them know of any changes in schedule but they are unable to do the same thing for some reason. I missed one appointment with a surgeon because they didn't let my caregiver know ahead of time. I have called them on many occasions about changes and they don't pass messages along and they are very unreliable they don't listen and they mess the appointments up for different days and times. It's like their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing. Very disappointed with this organization. As far as my caregiver she was wonderful a true blessing for me and my friend.

Helping Hands has been a very positive experience for my family and my mother. Sheila is wonderful to work with--she is thorough and professional, and she goes out of her way to ensure that the people who are assigned to assist my mother are an ideal match with skills and personality. Helping Hands has provided my mother with a genuine service and allowed our family to feel secure that my mother is properly cared for.

These people are the best! I have used 3 different agencies in the area and Helping Hands blows away the competition. The caregivers are knowledgeable, friendly and very well trained. The office staff actually listens to you and sends out appropriate caregivers that can handle your exact needs. If you or a loved one need a little, or a lot, of help in your home I would definitely encourage you to give them a call.
