We have been clients of Care Advantage for 3 years. Recently we have been very concerned as well as disappointed with the lack of communication between staff and our family. I have asked repeatedly to be called when a care provider calls out And this never happens. If family is to be backup help we need to be aware that our loved one is in need of assistance!

I can't say enough great things. Quick to respond to my inquiry. Staffed our needs immediately. I got phone calls and follow ups consistently - confirming everything was in place and going as planned. The two staff members who went to my parents home were LOVELY. This was my parents first experience with home care and it could not have been smoother or more pleasant. I will recommend Care Advantage to anyone!

I'm thankful that Care Advantage was there for me during my time of need. When my dad's health started to decline, I knew that we couldn't do it alone. The staff of Care Advantage made the experience wonderful by providing knowledgeable and caring staff! I was thankful that I was able to give my Mom a break so she could tend to some of her needs, and myself or my siblings didn't have to miss work.
