Our grandmother loved this place and did not even realize she wasn't at home. The space is a shared home and feels more like an in-laws house with amazingly caring in-laws, than a nursing facility. The staff are friendly and live with the senior guests around the clock. The meals are prepared fresh and customized for guest presence (they even purée and prepare separate soups for those with weak teeth). Our favorite little touch was the outdoor area with well kept flowers and mini golf! I highly recommend Sapphire Pacific over any traditional nursing home.

My family happened upon Sapphire Pacific and we are so grateful! We were in urgent need of a place for my ailing grandmother who is currently in need of dementia and hospice care. She needed 24 hour care, and the owner, Ali was able to take her in that day and provide her with a beautiful room with quality care takers. She is bathed, changed, fed, and cared for, and it has given my family peace of mind that she has the care she requires. Ali also recommended a better hospice bed, and eventually a new hospice company which has been life changing. For some facility owners this would be out of the scope of responsibility, but Ali took the time to educate and make recommendations to my family that provided my grandmother the best care. She now gets more frequent visits, and less bed sores due to a much better bed! In addition to the great facility and care, my grandma is very happy with her double French doors that look out to the roses she loves to compliment... she might not always know where she is, but she always appreciated her view!

In many ways, Sapphire Pacific is better than a home away from home. Our family was searching for assisted living for our ninety year old grandmother. What we found with Sapphire Pacific was more than assistance, we found peace of mind. The comfortable, quaint home is a perfect place for family of all ages to visit grandma. The accommodations are immaculate and inviting, including beautiful outdoor garden space. The care givers are fellow roommates, that take pride in their space and lovingly perform tasks. From bathing, to changing, to nutrition, my grandmother is always in good hands. And in addition to care, we have found thoughtful consultation. Owner and operator Ali is a former Medical Engineer who visits daily. He can guide you in all aspects of geriatric care and backs his recommendations up with reading and references. Sapphire Pacific is such a wonderful board and care home. I moved my mother here after we had a very disappointing experience at another board and care home. What a difference! First, the home is very beautiful and very clean. Our entire family felt so comfortable and welcomed every time we visited. The caregivers are extremely attentive and treated my mother like she was their mother. There was a physical therapist that came in everyday to help my mother walk again. There was a doctor that would come by and see my mother at the home as opposed to having me drive her to see a doctor. My mother is lactose intolerant and the caregivers specially prepared meals just for her and made sure she received her medications on time. I would recommend Sapphire Pacific to anybody considering a board and care home or an assisted living. This was the best decision we could have ever made for my mother.
