My grandma was in a facility that ignored very specific medication orders that said to stop giving her Eliquis, her nurse was called out in an emergency due to her vomiting blood. I had been speaking with Kori the owner of Mountain Cove Luxury Senior Care and in the middle of the night we made an emergency move into her facility in Anthem. Her care givers stayed with her in her room 24/7 and nursed my grandma back to health. Without Kori and her unbelievable team my grandma would not be here today. Kori takes a personal interest in each of her residents and her team does the same. I will never be able to thank them enough for saving my grandmothers life!

The Mountain Cove team cared for my father for that last two and a half years of his life. The caring of Kori and the team was amazing. They treated him like family and became part of our family. If you are in the position having to care for a loved one suffering from cognitive issues, i would highly recommend Kori and the team at Mountain Cove.

After a year of searching and moving my Dad to 5 different Assisted Living and Memory Care Facilities, the Lord brought him to Mountain Cove Luxury Care-Home! All we can say is Wow! Kori is the best Care-Home Director and has hired the best staff. Their dedication and love of their residents is so obvious. The home and backyard is so beautiful. He gets to go on daily walks with a care-giver in the beautiful neighborhood! They have wonderful activities every day. Everything they do is done from love and compassion. What a privilege and a blessing for my dad to live there. ❤️

"The care my loved ones have received under the supervision of Kori and the Mountain Cove care staff has been nothing less than exemplary. Kori is always empathetic and proactive in every situation. Even when a patient's diagnoses and symptoms prove complex or confusing, Kori is a strong advocate with medical professionals. She creates and implements many engaging social activities designed to stimulate the needs of dementia residents while making them enjoyable for the residents. Kori and her staff have always shown compassion toward meeting my parents' needs and expressed wishes. They communicate concerns when needed in a professional yet caring manner. Kori helped ease my father's passing in every conceivable way and assisted the family in letting go and saying our goodbyes.
