Linda and her staff do an amazing job caring for their residents. The home is clean and it is common to smell something yummy cooking in the kitchen. It is the highest quality residential community in Co Springs area.

This is one of the absolute best senior care homes in the Springs! Linda, the owner is fantastic and her personal experience with caring for adults makes her trustworthy and full of integrity. The Lodge at Palmer Point is run with the utmost integrity and transparency, from the top down. I am so proud to be a part of a company that does the right thing at all times, even when no one is looking. This is the kind of place that doesn't panic when regulating agencies do their audits, because things are done the right way 100% of the time. I would give The Lodge at Palmer Point 20 stars if I could. The staff is rising to the challenge of getting my husband to adjust to the assisted living environment with grace and creativity and flexibility. I am so grateful for their willingness to try various strategies to help my husband. I am impressed by the way the various members of the staff communicate with me, the staff to resident ratio, the way the staff members work together and support each other, and the leadership they get from Linda, the administrator. Highly recommend.

After my 92 yr old father's bad fall, the rehab facility recommended a smaller assisted living environment where care is more personal. Fortunately we found The Lodge at Palmer Point. They gave him the care and attention he needed until his recent passing. Because of their competence, my husband and I were even able to take a couple trips knowing that dad was in good hands. When he became very ill, they made the transition to Hospice seamless. The entire staff is very professional and compassionate. Owner Linda, House Manager Clara, Weekend Manager Stephanie are top notch. I highly recommend this facility.

The Lodge at Palmer Point is a total gem, and such a caring place for assisted living. The small number of residents make it very personal, and the staff to resident ratio is hard to beat. The owner, Linda, was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry, and very thorough in answering all of our questions. The rooms are spacious and clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it for any family looking for a place for their loved one.

Perfect place for a family member transitioning to assisted living. The home is beautiful and has all the home like touches. The staff is great. The administrative assistant was very respectful, compassionate, and informative. I love everything about this place.

Superior place. ! Beautiful home and private rooms with personal bathrooms. gorgeous location!! Great homemade, healthy food and the staff, I’ve not experienced better. Compassionate, not in a hurry. Really have gotten to know my mom and her preferences. They go out of their way to get to know families. Mom has been in various locations and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The owner Linda is one of the kindest people I’ve met. Very involved with running this house with excellence. Plenty of staff. Just a very happy place !!!!!! 5 star accommodations

The facility owner and staff are top notch all the way! My experience with them has been wonderful as they have been providing care for my mother as she nears end of life and given some of the health challenges we have had with her. They have been very patient, supportive, communicative with me and kind in their daily care of her. The facility is well kept and clean and they provide home cooked meals for their patients. They have been a positive bright side in an otherwise difficult time and transition for her and our family!

The nursing, general care and administrative staff were great in addressing my cousin Rosie’s challenging circumstances given her lack of mobility. It is a comfortable, safe and caring environment. As Rosie was also eligible for additional Hospice care, staff at Palmer Point coordinated that smoothly with their daily care. Their above-and-beyond communication with closest friends and family was most appreciated.

Wow was my first impression on visiting here. I've been looking for somewhere for my dad as he is starting to need more help than I can do anymore. We wanted him somewhere where he could feel like he was home and this is perfect because it is an actual house that was converted to assisted living. The staff seem very attentive and they even have a fishtank (my dad loves fish). The living room was cool. Highly recommended.

Great place. Absolutely beautiful. The caregivers really truly love the residents. The one on one time compared to any other assisted living is outstanding. Clara the current manager is absolutely amazing. It does not matter if she has a million things on her plate she will go out of her way for you. This place is peaceful and lovely assisted living.

I have currently worked here since January. This is one of the best places Ive ever worked, the manager is fantastic, and the residents are just as great. Please excuse the past two reviews as Stephanie quit , she is also is Katie girl that wrote a review. She was violent with another staff member and quit This was not in front of other residents, it was located in our main office. And we take pride in our home. I apologize for the pettiness and the unprofessionalism on the comments, as it reflects our business and makes it look bad. But honestly is one of the best facilities Ive ever worked it, its small maximum capacity is nine residents, and it Provides a lot of one on one time, if thats what youre looking for.

I am a nurse and come into this facility to see patients at times. What a lovely comfortable home environment for someones loved ones. They make you feel at home and go out of their way to provide great loving care for their residents .

My mother was in rehab and couldnt go back to where she was living before she fell. Country Club assisted living took her in with loving open arms. Their open door policy was reassuring and inviting. Mother was always out with the staff, clean and happy. The manager Lynda is absolutely wonderful, she has the biggest heart, she put me and our family at ease and bent over backwards to make sure my mother had everything she needed. The staff in general was very happy and inviting, and the Med manager was awesome, she worked with all the Physicians and pharmacy and made sure my mom had all she needed. This was never an assisted living this was my moms home and it really felt like a home not a business. I would recommend this place for anyone, if your looking for one on one care. My mom was there until the end and I couldnt be more satisfied.
