We are right in Conroe, close to local attractions, and other events and activities. Residents also have choices when it comes to local medical centers, physicians, and pharmacies.

This is a personal opinion, developed after 4 months at the bedside of my bff. With all due respect to the wonderful caregivers and support staff, whom I appreciated so much, my final rating is 1 out of 10 • the direct result of the facility owner due to an uncooperative nature as well as her judgmental and vindictive personna.

Everyone knows the fate of a structure beset by toxic mold • it is doomed from ALL hope of renovation through cleaning. It is doomed due to the consequences of the deadly infection within its foundation, its walls, floors,very corner, north, south, East or west. This facility is toxic, at least it was for my loved one in the 4 months he suffered there. The root of this toxicity is management, the cold, calculating, emotionless facility owner who will go down in MY MEMORY as one of the most self-centered, callous & cruel individuals I ever encountered in my 7 decades on this planet. God forgive me for placing my loved in this horrendous house if darkness. We saved him from certain doom one week ago by calling 911 & rushing him to the hospital...

I don't know how it's possible anyone could compliment this place. It's true, the nurse's aides are kind and caring but, the fly in the ointment, more accurately, the black widow in the web here is the owner herself, who keeps loved ones in the dark. It took over 4 months for her to give me vital paperwork, documents & prescription lists, after 10 requests. It's sad, she pays many of the wonderful aides she employs, chicken feed, $10 an hour, making them care for residents, clean them, prepare meals, feed them, wash the dishes, vacuum & take out the garbage. The biggest mistake of my life was placing my loved one in this place, where as a diabetic, he was fed fatty foods, cupcakes & cookies daily. His condition was allowed to deteriorate terribly until yesterday, when I called paramedics to save his life. WARNING: looks can be deceiving. Clean floors are fine but, they can't justify the filthy vibes which exist in this dreary home. I am a Christian yet, there wasn't a single iota of Godliness inside this truly dark place. I pray that my loved one, just transported to the hospital last night, is ok. I don't know yet but, I will pray all night long until the ER calls me. I only hope he forgives me for wasting 4 months of his life in this cold, dark place.

I cannot speak enough of how kind the people are in this facility. The owners are the most generous people. The people here really do care. They are patient, kind, loving and very courteous. Even the patients are very nice.

I can not praise the team enough for the care that my dad received at Extended Senior Care and Service in the last few months of his life.I had him in a couple of rehab facilities for short periods, and was so uncomfortable with his care. As soon as I found ESC&S when he was put on hospice care I never had to worry about the care he received. They really care about the patient first and foremost.

We have used Extended Care Services to care for my veteran father for over two years both through hospice and private pay. They provide a safe, home-like environment to provide quality care.

I was lucky to be in the situation to have my dad removed from the assisting living I had him before. I said it was luck because we found home in Extended Senior Care. He passed last Saturday in the loving comfort and support they all provided for us. Extended Senior Care is part of our family and has a special deserved place in my heart and in papi's too. Eternally in debt!! Miss you guys

As my dad’s medical issues required more and more care, we moved him into Extended Senior Care. They treated him with compassion and respect, and they were very conscientious with his medicines. The staff did their best to lift his spirits, monitor and address his pain and were very patient with his mood swings. They were consistently good about communicating with me and keeping me informed.

Both my aunts spent there final few days/months with Iaza and her wonderful team. I was the caretaker for the first aunt through her final months of ovarian cancer at the end of 2020/beginning of 2021. I was impressed when I visited Extended Senior Care as it was a clean and friendly home environment. That aunt moved in and died only a few days later, but Iaza and her team were so caring. Fast forward to early 2022, my other aunt in that area had a stroke and needed a long term care facility. I had no hesitation moving that aunt into the care of Extended Senior Care, Iaza, and her staff. They went above and beyond the call of duty and had to deal with horrible behavioral issues that my aunt was having (post stroke dementia, and she was never the easiest person to get along with to start with). Said aunt was behaving so poorly that I wouldn't have been able to transport her to Colorado where I live: she was that disruptive and home health/hospice was not able to get her medicated properly. Iaza and her team were absolute legends. I don't know what my family and I would have done with that aunt without them, and there's absolutely nothing I can do to repay them for their kindness and all they dealt with for those tumultuous months. I have no family left in that area of Texas; but if I did, I'd not hesitate to use Extended Senior Care and Services yet again.

I highly recommend you go to meet and speak with Iaza and Saj and see the beautiful home they have made if you are wanting a non corporate home like environment.

In December 2019, I began looking for my Mom an intimate home setting for her to live. She had lived in corporate independent and assisted living communities for 22 years and it was time to move her where her assisted living needs would be taken care of. Over a period of a month, I interviewed many homes and after visiting with the proprietors, Iaza and Sajid, of Extended Senior Care and Service several times, I knew this was the place for Mom. When the Covid-19 shutdown occurred, special arrangements were made for us to visit Mom outside or through a window on a regular basis. Sajid even facilitated a 98th birthday party Zoom for us. The staff is very caring and Iaza and Sajid are very hands on. I would highly recommend this home for your parent or loved one.
