I found Arden Corts by mistake. I had been given directions for another facility close by, but when I saw the sign for memory care and the GPS was telling me my destination was ahead, I pulled into the parking lot. I did not make my next appointment. I was given a tour of the facility and immediately liked what I saw. A small community that felt warm and small enough not to get lost in. I like the way the intimate dining room and the individual living room for each hall, to me it feels more like a home than an institution. Shan’a and her assistant Aixa are terrific about keeping in touch and easy to reach for any small detail. If the nurses notice any changes they will call if mom needs anything. I was mom’s caregiver in my home and this is not an easy job, and they have a terrific management team who work well together. There are many caregivers who have been with Arden Courts for a while, Bernice, Jaquice, Gigi and Kate have all given my mom a lot of attention and affection. My mom has stopped talking and will only smile when spoken too, but they all stop to say hello and occasionally give her a hug. Mom is a fall risk and will get out of bed a night if she thinks she might be missing something, she has always been this way, the evening shift will let her stay with them in the dining room while the finish up laundry or other assigned tasks. When she shows signs of sleepiness they will put her in bed. This is an example of the care team and the willingness to work with each resident and the special needs they need. Prior to Arden Courts, mom lived in an assisted living home with her husband and complained about the food weekly. She enjoys the meals and special activities that are planned. About once a month the activities director and staff plan something for the residents and family. It is a nice gesture to be able to socialize with the other families. My daughter likens it to living in a sorority house, and that is an image I like.

What an incredible staff! Everyone here seems to love what they do and truly cares for your loved one. My mother was here for her last four years, and I never had any concerns. The facility is always clean and orderly and offers various activities and functions. The staff is truly special!

I recently visited Arden Courts in Winter Springs to explore potential opportunities within their team, especially since I have friends whose loved ones require specialized care for dementia. Upon arriving, I was struck by the vibrant green lawns, immaculate sidewalks, and beautiful landscaping that set a welcoming tone. Kristen from the front office greeted me warmly and was incredibly accommodating, sharing insights about the exceptional services offered to residents and the supportive environment for employees. During my visit, I encountered many of her wonderful colleagues, all of whom radiated positivity. It was clear that Kristen is a remarkable leader, fostering a great atmosphere. I also had the pleasure of meeting Shana, the director. Her genuine care for the residents was evident in every interaction. During the tour, residents were visibly excited to see her; their laughter and eagerness to engage spoke volumes about her impact. Shana's passion for providing comfort and support is truly inspiring. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, secure, and safe. After my interview and tours with both Shana and Kristen, I felt a strong desire to be part of this team. I would be honored to contribute to their mission and can't wait to get started!

When I came to see her, her room was always clean and she was fed very well. She told me how she enjoyed the food. I recommend Arden for anyone who needs it for the care of your loved one. My father resided at Arden Courts of Winter Springs for close to 4 years. This facility provided not only exceptional care for him but peace of mind for our family. Arden Courts is kept very clean. Meals provided are delicious and nutritionally balanced. The residents are kept active with daily scheduled activities provided by a very fun team of coordinators. Kesha and Shan'a keep residents' loved ones updated on all things. More than anything, the staff at Arden Courts of Winter Springs genuinely love what they do and treat the residents like family. This facility has been such a blessing to Dad and to our family, and we will be forever grateful for the care they provided.

Arden Courts in Winter Springs was such a gift to our family. My father who recently passed away was a resident of Arden Courts for over three years and we are so grateful for his time there. The staff, caregivers and nurses genuinely cared for him. Everyone we met took the time to develop a relationship with him and spent time investing in him. If we ever had a question, they were easy to get in touch with and generously helped us in navigating through the difficulties of caring for a loved one with Alzheimers. The facility itself is light and airy with lots of natural sunlight. It's very clean and the food is delicious. There is also a beautiful garden so residents can enjoy the outside. The programming provides many activities for residents to participate in and this is a highlight. There are also many activities/events for loved ones to join in as well. While it is such a heartbreaking decision to place a loved one in memory care, it has given us great comfort to know that my father was truly loved and cared for at Arden Courts.

The administration and all the caregivers are WONDERFUL and welcome you with open arms. The community is spotless and feels like home when you walk through the doors. There hasn't been a time I've been in the community that the activities department did not have the residents engaged. Happiness is bleeding through the walls here, thank you, Arden Court staff for all that you do and for bringing your heart to work each day. If you are looking for a place to call home, do not look at further.

My husband has been here for a year. He is young and has FTD. The staff at Arden Court are so supportive and genuinely love what they do. They are so kind and loving to the residents . My husband is always clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and home like and there are ongoing activities every day. The activity department also puts on incredible family holiday events that are a lot of fun for both residents and their families. My Mom was here for a few months too a few years ago. The support I receive is above and beyond.

Arden Courts has been absolutely fantastic with my dad. Every time I go to visit, a care giver is spending time with my dad, chatting away. They found the right meds to help calm his agitation, and the facility has lots of room for him to walk, inside and outside, so he doesn't feel so cooped up. They have lots of activities, and encourage the residents to engage as much (or as little), as they want. I am so happy that I found Arden Courts for my dad!!

On many occasions I have provided private transportation services for the residents at Arden Courts in Winter Springs. The residents appear happy and cared for. The caregivers are so kind and it's apparent they have training they need to do their job correctly. The administration is easy to work with and are always available. It's great to know there is a place where the elderly can go to get quality memory care. I would only choose this facility if I needed care for my parents.

I moved my Mother to Arden a few months ago and while it was an emotionally difficult decision, it turned out to be the best move for her. I have such peace of mind now that I know she is there. She is loved and treated like family at Arden. The caregivers, nurses, and staff are so loving, sweet, and caring to everyone there. I have been so impressed by the activities they have for the residents. They are all catered to everyone's individual needs. My Mom has dementia as well as aphasia and she is still able to participate and enjoy the different activities throughout the day. The staff are always smiling and they make everyone feel so special. I am so grateful and happy that my Mom is there now and is treated with dignity and kindness even on her bad days. Thank you, my heart is full!

After moving my Dad from a highly rated AL/MS facility and enduring three changes of management and staff, a former care giver who truly loved and cared for my dad moved and started working for Arden Courts. She quickly told me to check it out and that she was greatly inspired by their excellence in protocol, care giving and management. The next week we checked out Arden Courts and signed that day. My dad is truly happy now, and don't have to tell the staff how to care for him and what they should be doing. They have taught me so much in how, what and when activities and care are best received by residents like my dad. If I get dementia when I get older I already decided I would want to live at Arden Courts!

I came to Arden Courts very distressed for my sister who has Alzheimer's dementia had just been evicted from her SNF. Her aggressive and combative behavior became unmanageable by them. For anyone who has experienced a loved one's eviction, you know how hurtful and overwhelming it can be for both the patient and family. Arden C. became a God sent. Arden insisted they could help my sister, adjust her medication so she can be happy again. I trusted them, and they did!! After a couple of weeks my sister returned to herself again. Jovial, friendly, participates in activities and she feels at home again. Everyone was saying it was a Miracle. It was! Arden is impressive. Their expertise is dementia. It shows! They are professional, caring, compassionate with a nurturing environment. Their staff and team of doctors and nurses are wonderful. Their layout and activities are dementia specific. It's like they truly understand their residents, and what their needs are. Arden not only cares for your loved ones, but family members too. Their activities extend out to loved ones to enjoy and even offer support groups. We've been very pleased with them. Thank you, Arden, for bringing my sister back to us!.

My family was very nervous about leaving my mom anywhere because we had heard so many negative comments about memory care in general and we had our bad experience with a previous facility we chose for my mom. As a home health therapist that visit many facilities during each day, this facility is by far the best. The decision to place a loved one in a memory care facility can be so difficult but the staff and facility are Arden Court help make the transition so much easier. The love and attention they give to each client is top notch. No one enters the decision to find a memory care facility lightly. When we toured the facility, it immediately felt like it could be a great fit for our family. When there is conflict or difficult situations, the administration handles it in such a way that everyone involved is important - the staff, other residents and the resident and their family. I feel like everyone working there understands how they have a place on the care team and as part of the community there, from the cooks to facilities people to the nurses and aides. I feel the same way about Arden Courts as I did about my kids' daycare -- they are people who I can trust to take care of an important family member.

I moved my Dad from SC to FL and the referral to Arden Courts was the best thing that could have happened! Arden Courts MASTERFULLY attends to dementia and alzheimer's residents with such specialized care and training; very different from any experience at his previous place of residence. The physical space is calm and comforting; color is used throughout in a purposeful way, as is every aspect of living at Arden Courts. My Dad actually improved and got stronger during the months he lived at Arden Courts. Another important barometer is how the staff like it; from my understanding almost the entire staff has been there for more than several years, a real testament to how they are treated/compensated. Everyone seems to truly love and care for their job and the residents. Every staff member I interacted with has been phenomenal. I couldn't give a better review to Arden Courts! A true memory care GEM.

Would easily give 10 stars if I could. Arden Courts of Winter Springs is hands down the best place for patients with dementia or alz. The staff is absolutely fantastic and they engage the residents with many activities, etc. so they can live their best lives. It's a joy to see the staff that work here and how wonderful they are. The facility is lovely with lots of areas for the residents to enjoy as well as some outdoor walking areas as well.

This is the forever home for your loved one. Dementia and Alzheimers are just clinical terms to the staff. They see your people as family. Their family. They give guardian angels to watch over them. They treat the individual. Give peace and rest to those that can no longer sit up all night. If only we knew of them before the trials of inadequate care.My dad was difficult. A 15 minute watch was assigned to him. He was grumpy andungrateful.But the staff dug deep and found my old dad. The man I grew up with. I never got a negative call. I did get constant check ins and pictures. Updates and positive feedback. Funny stories and pictures became my peace. I knew the staff at Arden truly cared for him. They gave him an apron. They gave him jobs and found what made him happy. Just the music and old shows lets you know they get this disease. Never forced but gently encouraged.

I cannot speak highly enough for the level of care, consideration, and compassion he and our family received from the staff. These folks are quite simply the best of the best. And after having seen and experienced so many other facilities in my search for the right place for my dad, I feel qualified to make that statement.This facility is so well managed - from the top down, to the bottom up. They truly walk their talk. My dad received the highest level of personal care with honor, with dignity, and with compassion from their caring staff. If youre dealing with a loved one who needs specialized memory care, you just wont find a more qualified staff, or a more suitable facility than Arden Courts. I am forever grateful to them.

The staff and caregivers took care of my Dad for three years. They were always attentive and went out their way to engage him. Even though he was diagnosed with Alzheimers they were able to draw out his humorous side and encouraged him to tell his stories no matter how outrageous.Occasionally I would have to travel out of the country, but I never had concerns that he wouldnt be well cared for. And when the time came to engage hospice, the caregivers and the staff kept me apprised of his status. I highly recommend Arden Courts Winter Springs for any family with a loved that has memory care needs.
