Juniper Glen saved my physical health and sanity last year on February 28 when I brought my dad to them for assisted living care. He suffers from severe dementia and lived with me for 81 days after my brother with whom he had been living died. The staff is incredible-really able to proficiently handle really difficult behaviors that either stem from or are exacerbated by severe dementia. Honorable mentions belong to Judy the concierge specialist, Wendy the administrator, and Winnie, Chavonne, and Medrea, all nurses. Warm, family environment. They loved my father.

Juniper Glen has been exactly what my Mom has needed. The people have been compassionate, caring, kind and informative. They try very hard to make this facility a Home and in many ways I believe they have succeeded. This journey called life is sometimes not easy and we all need some help. I am very thankful that Juniper Glen has been here to help. Thank you to all the wonderful people who work there.

Moving our mom to Juniper Glen was the best decision we've made! The facility is beautiful, with a warm and homey atmosphere. Staff members know Mom and all of their residents by name; their staff demonstrates a culture of kindness, patience and care.Their monthly calendar is filled with a variety of fun, monthly themes, and mentally stimulating events and activities. Their Facebook page can give you a better understanding of their programs. It is priceless when you see your loved one on their page enjoying a game, event, or just a snack in their dining area. <3 Our mother was quite afraid and shy at the time of arrival, but their encouragement for her participation (not forced) has really brought mom a sense of purpose to her days. She calls it “working”, but if it’s her job to have fun; more power to her!! Their structured environment is key in providing residents with a sense of purpose to her day.We have had so many questions throughout the process and JG’s staff has been responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating at every level. They offer resources to families to better understand ALZ that I have found invaluable. We are confident that our mom is receiving the care she needs because we are seeing her smile again; she feels a part of something that makes her feel useful, safe, well cared for and active again.

The facility is beautiful, the staff is caring and competent, and they've worked hard through COVID, staffing shortages, blizzards, ice storms, and more. A lot of really dedicated people working here. Love to see it. My family member has been there since they first opened, and is thriving.

Staff is friendly and truly cares for the residents. Building design is perfect for the wanderer. Rooms are generous size and kept clean and neat. My family member adjusted quickly. Not home but a safe, beautiful environment for my loved one.

This is an amazing facility that is incredibly accommodating. I know my grandmother is very difficult and they have done an absolutely wonderful job with her. I dont write reviews normally, but they really do great work here. The staff is always very friendly and very professional, if your loved one is here they are in good hands.

Im a contractor that has the opportunity to frequent this facility. If you are anything but instantly happy the second you step inside the residence from reception, youre just a miserable person. Staff is AMAZING! Not one single attitude ever. In my job, thats unusual and a God send. There are times that its been such a bad day at work that I pray for a call from them so I can get some peace that sticks with me the rest of my shift. I love it here and I want to move in.
