We came here after a very bad experience with another location, we have been here for a few months now and everyone has been doing a wonderful job. The food and care is 99.9% better than last location. Thank you to Hattie, Diana and all the staff whom work tirelessly to meet the residents needs!

We have been in Brookdale for just over a year and it's been a great place for our family. The staff is kind and welcoming to our needs and we have been able to mitigate issues without much disruption. Kristen and Hattie are both EXCEPTIONAL in participating with us to ensure comfort is maintained. The effort is there and that's what matters most to us.

My grandfather had lived at Puyallup South for quite a while. The staff were always happy to bring him a hot cup of coffee and reminisce with his photo albums. The entire team made his last days loving and displayed much support from Hattie and her team. A huge thank you to you all!!!

Brookdale has been so extremely thorough and kind and understanding in their care and attentiveness of our mother, who is currently a resident. This transition has been one of the most difficult times in our familys lives, and the folks at Brookdale helped us to get through it. I highly recommend this facility!
