My Mom just recently moved here and she's very happy there. I have met a lot of the employees and they're so nice. They take real good care of Mom. The Director Miss Angela is wonderful, Miss Crystal is great, Miss Carla is so nice, Miss Natalie is great, Miss Hayley cooks good, there are many more caring employees and I apologize for not listing them all. May God Bless Hampton Manor 24th Rd, the residents and employees. Thank y'all so much for taking such good care of my Mom.

I echo Michele's comments. It was fine when my wife was moved in but after they changed ownership it deteriorated rapidly, puddles on the floor, brown droppings as well on daily basis. Foul smelling hallways, floors sticky & dirty. Personal items going missing routinely. It seemed severely understaffed considering the price paid for service. They were quick to bill, but slow to reimburse - and short changed the amount & # of days they refunded even after the mandatory 30 days notice we gave to vacate. Shorted us some $500+. Consider well before placing your loved ones in this facility. It seems they are more interested in the $$'s than providing a clean lace to stay. The insect problem became untenable. It seems much of the good staff has left too. These concerns were brought to management's attention but improvement was not forthcoming. So we moved to a much nicer place, better care, more staff & cleaner place. It's is less expensive too. I hope they get their act together for the sake of the old folks who do not have much choice in the matter. TJ

When we first moved my mom here it was a fabulous facility. Since the owner has changed recently so has the attention to detail. Cleaning rating last year 5 stars, now maybe a 3. Roaches in her room, dirt under the furniture, food not acceptable. Last year the hallways cleaned regularly all day. Not seen anyone in the hallway mopping for around 2-3 months. We were looking to move mom when she passed. Now the accounting folks can’t seem to do their job. Mom hasn’t been there since the middle of last month and just was debited this months fee for February.

My mother lives here and this place is wonderful! I do not speak lightly, being a nurse practitioner and working in all levels of healthcare for 15 years. The staff are friendly, everything is clean, and the residents are well cared for and treated with individual dignity and kindness. My mother was at another facility for almost double the cost, but it was not nearly this good. Speaking for my entire family, we are truly grateful!!

My father was recently under the care of Hampton Manor 24th Road. Danielle and Nora were exceptional at assessing and caring for my father under some challenging circumstances. This is a hard time for a family and I felt like the team at Hampton manor were not only providing care for my father, but also educating and supporting me as well. I am grateful to have found the skilled and capable team at Hampton Manor.

My siblings and I recently moved my Mother who has dementia into Hampton Manor Assisted Living at 24th Road. We were very concerned about how my Mother would acclimate to her new environment. Because of the amazing and caring staff at this facility, my Mother has adjusted beautifully in a very short amount of time. Danielle, Nora and the rest of the staff are amazing caregivers. They are kind, patient and extremely professional. Maggie who is at the front desk is always extremely helpful. I no longer worry about my Mother now and am confident that she is well cared for and happy. What a blessing this facility is. I highly recommend them!

What an incredible community. I have been in several in the last few months and hands down, this place has it all. No, it’s isn’t the most extravagant style. However you could walk in and just feel in the air how different it is there. The workers were teamed up and helping each other, residents were laughing and smiling. One of the managers was engaging and called each resident by name and they responded like it was not the first time. Relationships with residents were obviously important and not forced like some places! Very refreshing to see the interaction and compassion. The CNA’s were attentive and professional. Housekeeping was pushing their cart and worked nonstop. We could smell garlic around the kitchen and were dying to try whatever was cooking! Not much of a fan of the courtyard but it’s still nice. Just needs some updating. You can just tell it’s different there! Refreshing. Positive & engaging environment. Smiling faces. Residents appear clean and the building smells fantastic! Very impressed.

I can't say enough about this place and the staff. I was at a loss, no clue what the right thing or place was and I feel the staff here went and continues to go overboard to address my concerns and keep me headed in the right direction for the care of my loved one. They are so kind and gentle with the residents. Needing a place like this is hard but having caring people every step of the way is a blessing. I highly recommend.

Mom moved in a few weeks ago and mom and her family have nothing but good things to say about this facility. The whole staff have been so helpful, compassionate and caring. They have mom’s best interests at heart and try to help in any way they can. We would recommend this facility. It is clean, beautifully decorated and organized. Mom feels safe and continually expresses how friendly everyone is.
