Im a dietary Aide here at Riverside Oxford Memory Care and I love my job. I come out the kitchen to interact with the residents too see if they are enjoying their meal. I love talking and getting to know their likes and dislikes like a family member should I love my resident and wouldn't have any other job.

My mother, Lois was at this facility for nearly 2 years. Every time I went to see her one of the employees was walking with her or hugging her and laughing with her. Every time I talked to management it was encouraging. The place was clean and neat at all times and her care was 10 out of 10 stars. If you want your loved one to be taken care of by the best, this is the place to make sure it is done.

Such a well put together Memory Care Community. The Community is always clean and smelling good. The food is fantastic. The staff is super-friendly. Margie the Executive Director is very hands on as is Dollie and Darla who help with the day to day. Every time I walk into the Community there is some kind of fun activity taking place, and there is also great support from the Outside Vendors who help with Home Care assistance and Hospice Care if need be. This is easily one of the best Memory Care Communities in the DFW area.

Huge shout out to the Riverside Oxford team!! I have been going into facilities for many years as a hospice care partner…and today I was able to hang out at Riverside while the chef gave us all a cooking class - all the ingredients ect were set up it felt so professional and the residents were so enthusiastic !! So much fun was had by all!! Thanks for the nice treat ! And for keeping the dignity and integrity in our care! Well done Riverside team!

Riverside Oxford is the BEST memory care facility hands down! My loved one has access to a wonderful staff. The maintenance techs, nurses, assistants, fun activity advocates, managers and directors - care, have daily direct contact with my loved one, keeps the facility clean and repairs up to date daily, attentive to my loved one and myself, respectful and kind. The staff isn't only there for my loved one but they are also there for me! He has been in 3 different facilities and I've had to pull him out due to the care. The journey was too difficult until I came across Riverside Oxford Memory Care. If you have a loved one that would need a memory care facility, please choose Riverside Oxford. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

We love everything about Riverside! The entire staff goes above and beyond daily for our loved one! We’ve seen an incredible improvement in her in the short few months she’s lived at Riverside. As someone who has worked in senior living, in a variety of capacities, for more years than I can count; I highly recommend Riverside Oxford Memory Care! I am currently a hospice consultant with Good Shepherd, and recently visited the community for a music event with the residents. It is beautiful and clean, and most importantly, the staff are amazing! Several staff members have been there 5,10 or more years! And they all engage with the residents. From kitchen staff, to med techs, aids and housekeepers- they all treat residents with dignity and respect. I was able to witness lunch and snacks being served and I got to meet the chef. I can report- the food is top notch! The activity program is excellent as well, keeping the residents engaged throughout the day. If you are looking for memory care in the North Fort Worth/Saginaw/Mid cities areas- I urge to visit this community!

I personally know the head chef at this facility and it's a peace of mind that the elderly have such a beautiful soul preparing their nutrition daily with the love Mya has for cooking let alone the love she has to offer the world. Blessings to this facility and all the residents here.

I have been a hospice nurse for over 15 years and rarely have I had the opportunity to work in a facility that is as well managed as Riverside Inn. Ive been taking care of patients in Riverside for almost two years. When I first started working with patients, there was not a DRS for many months and since Stephanie, DRS and Shawna, ED took the reins the facility has become one of my favorite facilities and one that I refer other families to. Their commitment was never more obvious than when Covid first entered the building and every employee stood fast in their positions and never faltered in providing loving, excellent care to every resident.

My brother has been at Riverside for over a year, and as a frequent visitor I have observed this caring, upbeat staff go above and beyond to see that these patients are lovingly and respectfully cared for. The staff has always been available to answer any of my questions and works with me and the doctor who visits weekly to provide the best life possible for my brother, including expert medical care with a 24 hour nursing staff, varied fun activities, well balanced meals and a clean, beautiful, safe environment. Riverside Inn at Fossil Creek has taken good care of my mom during this COVID mess. I really truly appreciate the caregivers because they are the ones actually taking care of the residents. Shout out to all the ones that take care of my mom, especially Crystal Keeble and Dana Duvall. There are others but dont know the spelling of their name but Riverside would truly be lost without these two. I did not get to see my mom for 8 months because of COVID but finally had the opportunity to see her (touch her). Keep up the good work.

We placed my dad at Riverside Inn this past week. We moved him from a skilling nursing community where the care was lacking. We are so pleased with the way the move went and getting to observe the wonderful care the residents are given. The food is very tasty and my dad really is enjoying it. There are activities going on all day long and the residents participate, including my dad who was not a social man. We look forward to watching my dad thrive at the Riverside Inn.

This facility is wonderful. Making the decision to place someone in to long term care is difficult. The staff at Riverside Inn help guide us through the process. The care is excellent.
