As a therapy clinician, I enjoy working here with the staff and residents. The community is beautiful and well kept. The staff are friendly, approachable, and go out of their way to make sure residents’ needs are met. If I had to make the difficult decision to move my parents and grandparents, I would move them here.

So, I rarely give reviews because is seems that anything less than a five is taken as an insult, where I think that a five should be reserved only for the truly exceptional. In moms year-and-a-half stay at Villagio of McKinney, I can say that it HAS been an exceptional experience the entire time. From the caring staff (whom weve gotten to know well, as the turnover seems very low), the very involved and professional director, the meals (mom always complained about the food at her previous facility), the engaged activities director and the large, comfortable rooms, I cannot imagine that my mother could have been taken care of any better. In my opinion, if Villagio is not on your list of places to see, then youre missing out.

This facility and their staff are such a great team of caregivers! Everytime I visit Villagio the atmosphere is so up beat and you find everyone with a smile on their face, including the staff and that says A LOT!! I would highly reccomend Villagio, even to my own loved ones!

My dad has been there a little over 2 months now, and I could not ask for a better place for him to be. The staff is amazing and always willing to help him with whatever he needs. HIGHLY recommend

My mother moved in to Villagio Memory care of Mckinney a year ago. I am very pleased with the care from the staffs, and good meals provided and cooked by professional cooks. Mom had a stroke six months ago, from walking to sitting on the wheel chair has been very challenging to all of us. But with the good care, I am at peace and know that I made a good decision moving mom to this place.
