Its a beautiful facility that is clean and smells great. When I walked through the front door I was greeted immediately by Jasmin, who showed genuine care and concern for her tenants. I think anyone would feel comfortable leaving their ones under the care of her and her staff.

Very beautiful building with people who love and care for you like your family! Tonya Martin is very helpful and truly enjoys caring for people. If your looking for somewhere for your loved one, you shoukd stop by and do a tour!

My mom has been at The Landing for about 18 months. I can say Tonya is very responsive when there has been a problem. She has a solution and acts on it as quickly as she can. She will either call or respond to a text. She is a real asset.

We have been pleased with the loving care and attention the team at The Landing of PCB has given our father. The staff is responsive and easy to work with. We feel our father is in a safe and comfortable environment. Based on our experience, we would recommend The Landing to other families.

The nursing staff, in particular, Tonya, has been super on task helping my mother in law adjust. Always responsive and goes the extra mile to accommodate her needs (and wishes sometimes!) Very happy with MIL new home there.

My husband received great care here. The staff was truly caring and attentive, and understood the needs of my husband with memory issues. The facility was thoughtfully designed, with excellent food, and personal activities that kept him engaged and entertained. Beautiful, bright community for male and female Alzheimer’s residents. Residents are encouraged to engage and participate in fun activities throughout the day. All assisted living/memory care facilities will tell you the same thing. We will care and provide for your loved one while they are here. The difference with The Landing at Seagrass is that they are true to their word! The current staff truly care about the residents. They are a stand alone memory care unit, which is extremely important, so that they can focus solely on individuals with memory issues. The food is geared towards the resident and all seem to enjoy it. Are they perfect? Show me a facility that is. But they are transparent and will work with the individual needs of the resident. If you are looking for a memory care unit in Panama City, look no more. You found your loved one’s new home.

Recently toured this facility and was very impressed with the staff and amenities. My sister and I are looking for a place for our mom to move into within the next couple of months and definitely think The Landing will be that place. Building is new, rooms are spacious, and lots of activities offered.

Seagrass Village goes above and beyond for their residents. From artful dining to activities to personal care, they show their love for the residents in everything they do. The staff is compassionate, hard-working, and overall amazing! I highly recommend Seagrass when looking for a place for your loved one!
