Beautiful facility! The staff are always welcoming and ready to help. The Directors make themselves available for any needs, concerns or feedback to share with their teams. The residents are happy and there is always activities going throughout the day to engage and encourage residents. Family participation is always welcomed and encouraged.

Came in to do a presentation for the staff and was blown away by how friendly and inviting everybody was. Sarah was our contact and she did everything to help us out. 10/10 would recommend just based on the staff alone to anybody considering. Facility is also very nice!

The entire team at MMC is open, honest and wonderful to deal with. After volunteering to play music for the residents here I've been overwhelmed with the amount of care and dedication gone into the care of each resident. Their marketing director Sarah Martin goes above and beyond in every aspect, doing things far beyond her duties as a marketer, including cleaning & laundry, after hours care, even taking a resident's loved one (that didn't even live at MMC) grocery shopping when they had mobility issues. Max and Christy are both a shining light in their office and always lend a gentle smile and tender heart! Brad is also a fantastic activities director, making sure residents feel included and engaged with the guest performers. 10/10 to the entire team.

My wife came to Mukilteo Memory Care in May 2022 and I t has been a blessing for her and for me. She is safe and very well cared for. I have had first hand experience with a number of care facilities since both of my parents and a couple of in-laws resided in such places in their later years. I can say unequivocally that MMC is the best run facility I have ever encountered. The management are dedicated to ensuring that the residents receive the best care possible and have succeeded in hiring care staff that are uniformly kind and caring.

My dad has lived at mukilteo memory carw for about a year and the staff, the facility all have been brilliant! They have taken such good care of my dad, always treated him woth kindness and respect, always been so committed to keeping me in the loop and communicating with me about his care. Sarah and Stephanie as management have been fantastic! I never have to worry about my dad because I know he well cared for and made to feel like he matters…if you have a loved one that needs special care bring them here.

THIS IS THE TYPE OF CARE YOU WANT FOR YOUR LOVED ONE! My 98 year old Mother believes she works at her facility … the Mukilteo Memory Care in the PNW. I often find her sitting at or around the nurses’s desk. When we walk around, she will stop and take a pulse or two or call a caregiver over to help a resident. If the staff are laughing together at the desk, she will reprimand them about their loud and unprofessonal behavior. She will show or tell the nursing staff the “proper” way to do things. Although her methods are outdated, the nursing staff seem to listen attentively. One of the nursing staff told me she appreciated knowing how things used to be done. So, in October, I nomonated my Mother, who was voted Employee of the Month. Last week (her third year anniversary at the facility) about 15 to 20 members of the staff and several residents gathered around to acknowledge Mom. They gave her a certificate and clapped for my Mother. Mom was so happy. When asked for a speech, Mom said, “This was unexpected. I never thought you all appreciated me!”

Our family did not have a great experience with our loved one in the care of MMC. They missed the mark on many levels of care including communication with family, standard of care, and lack of respect/dignity of the resident. Heartbreaking experience for us all.

Sarah Martin went beyond any reasonable call of duty to help us make my mom’s cross country transfer into Mukilteo Memory care as painless as possible. Since being welcomed to her new home, she has been eating better and looks visibly healthier. We have been very happy with the quality of care they’ve been providing. The staff are hard working, friendly, professional and loving.

Moving my bride to Mukilteo Memory Care was absolutely the best thing we could have done for her. When she got here it was like she no longer had to pretend that she was "normal". It was as if a great weight had been lifted from her shoulders and she could finally relax. Recently when talking with her she has said that she is happy here and that she knows it's the best place for her. And it has been a fantastic thing for me to know that this is how she feels. Our family would reccommend MMC to anyone. We are happy to have made friends and joined another family.

We placed my grandpa in here after his dementia increased and he could no longer live with us. We were so happy to have him be a part of the mukilteo memory care family, amazing care team and staff were fantastic every step of the way. And to the very end, we felt blessed that our pops was there in caring hands. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring home for their family members.

Me and my pharmacy team came to this facility for a vaccine clinic today and we were extremely pleased with the organization and efficiency of the workers in the facility. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout this process and the facility was very clean. This was by far the most friendly and organized company that we have worked with so far and we have worked at my different clinics while giving out the vaccine. Very pleased with this visit!

I have been working here almost 6 months. The staff have made me feel so welcome. The management and all staff work hard to get the residents everything they need. The management is always so helpful. The carestaff are so good with the residents. This is by far the best facility I have worked at.

My Dad has been at Mukilteo Memory care for a few years now. It is one of the cleanest facilities you will find. The staff care so much. When there are hiccups I feel heard and comforted by the remedy. I highly recommend!

It is difficult to have a loved one in Memory Care. But, when the need arises, this is the facility to consider. The Mukilteo Memory Care staff is outstanding. They have provided family preparation and are diligent in their nursing skills and daily care. Their communication with the family members is constant and ongoing. This last year (2020) ... in the mist of a pandemic... has been difficult for all. The employees have done a great job. Our family member is in good hands. Thank you.

Ive worked here for almost 2 years now and Ive loved every minute of it! The staff are very nice and welcoming, and the residents are so sweet and fun to talk to. I know they are not fully staffed, I think all retirement homes are right now. My mom moved in little over a month ago. Sheila was very helpful on the move in details. The activity director, Jasmine, is great and the activities are cognitively challenging enough that my moms ability to problem solve and her ability to socialize is improving. Jeremy, the maintainable man, has been more than helpful. Everytime Ive asked him to so something in her room its done almost immediately, even when I tell him there is no rush. Mom says the food is good and the staff are kind to her. Her balance has improved so she must be getting a range of exercise. I get the activity calendar each month and like the range of exercise classes and activities. All of the staff Ive met have been kind and caring. Im hoping as COVID eases up, they will be able to get more staff.

My father has lived at Mukilteo Memory Care for 15 months and was very well taken care of by the all the staff. They would go every week and pick up my mom from her assistant living and bring her to see my dad. They went up and beyond what needed to be done to keep him safe and cared for.

My dad moved into Mukilteo Memory Care recently. Hes pretty much wheelchair bound and has Parkinsons dementia. The staff have been very responsive to keeping him mobile. as much as he can, the staff seem to like they like their jobs there, he is talking more. They seem to know how to handle Alzheimers and dementia patients well. Its a very calm and peaceful environment.

Mom moved to Mukilteo Memory Care from an assisted living community on November 1st of this year. My family has been very impressed with the facility and staff ever since our first visit prior to her move. Mom has been very comfortable in her new surroundings. She is relaxed, engaged and much more active. She is interacting well with all of the staff, the volunteers and her fellow residents. Her care has been excellent. She is enjoying the activities and the great food - especially the root beer floats. As a result, her mobility seems to have improved and she is talking more. All of this in just 4 weeks. My husband and I are delighted with the changes and with her new home and best of all, so is Mom. All of the staff are very friendly and easy to work with and we love receiving the photos of Mom the Executive Director, Kathy Valencia, frequently emails us. She and her staff make a real difference in peoples lives each and every day.
