Very Nice community and very friendly staff. Tressa helped me with all the questions that I had and she was very friendly and took her time to explain to me everything that I needed to know . She even came in on a Saturday to meet with me which I thought was very nice of her. So I feel very comfortable with my mom at Richland's now. Thank you Tessa for making a tough and uneasy situation feel comfortable and welcoming .

I have had the pleasure of helping several families who are navigating complex care needs for their loved ones with dementia move into Richland Square. Richland Square, especially Tressa Hogan, have been responsive, reassuring, and proactive in meeting family concerns and resident needs. Of all the families we have worked with, I have never had a family express discontent with Richland Square. They are one of the only specialized Dementia and Alzheimer's communities in Guilford County, giving them a unique advantage. They exclusively provide care for memory related issues—meaning they understand the unique needs of clients with dementia related hallucinations, sundowners, changes in cognitive functioning, and so much more. Whenever, I have a client in need of memory care, Tressa at Richland Square is without a doubt my first call.

Richland Square provides great care and socialization for its residents, in a family-like setting. I have placed many of my clients here, and the families have been very happy. It is obvious the team specializes in memory care, and they aren't deterred by a case other facilities may find too difficult. The residents are treated with dignity and respect, and their lives are enriched through engaging activities all day. Tressa Hogan, the admissions and marketing director, provides outstanding communication, and she will be a wonderful advocate for you and your loved one.

So appreciative to the staff of Richland Square for the great care they ALL gave our mother. Everyone was so nice/helpful to our Mom and to my sister/I during Mom's stay there. No, there is no perfect assisted living or memory care, but we were impressed with the interaction staff had with the residents, the cleanliness of Mom's room and facilities help if it was needed. Keep up the great work !

My late father was in need of memory care, so I toured Richland Place. Tressa was so welcoming and knowledgeable. The facility was immaculate and the residents seemed comfortable, content and well-cared for. Unfortunately, my father’s condition deteriorated before we could move him to Richland Place. Tressa was so kind and knowledgeable about our options for his care. She checked on us and offered support as we navigated his decline and passing, although we were no longer able to move him to Richland Place. Her knowledge and compassion speak volumes. We were very grateful for her help and support.

Richland Place has a warm and inviting staff who treat the patients well. Nursing staff care is excellent, living areas and resident rooms are clean and appealing. My family member is content and states she is treated well. It appears to be well managed and every precaution is taken to keep patients safe based on my experience. I would highly recommend Richland Place to others for their family members.

I visited several memory care units and this one was one of the nicest with comparative rates. Staff was eager to give us a tour even though we came unannounced. It was very pleasant and residents were calm and happy.

Really clean facility that seems to have a staff that cares. My grandmother loves the variety of activities and good food. Theft doesnt appear to be an issue here as it was at other facilities.
