I have been coming here for 2 1/2 years and I love the beauty of this place both physically and in the hearts of the staff. From administration, nurses, medtechs, caregivers, chefs, and custodial. If my mom had full memory functionality, she would have loved choosing this place for herself. After extensive review, we are incredibly grateful to have found Pam and Magnolia in Flower Mound. Safety, security, cleanliness, and personal attention were our top priorities. Director Pamela Ervin went above and beyond, helping us every step of the way and continues to help us navigate challenges as mom changes phases in her journey dealing with dementia. We appreciate the home-like feeling, perfect size facility, no unpleasant odors, the Chefs always working so hard to meet her specific needs, and the looping corridor around the inner courtyard allow mom independence in safety. The entire staff share their smiles, friendships, and care to help mom find comfort and joy every day to the best of her current ability. I visited the community recently and had the pleasure of touring with Pam (the community Executive Director), she did a great job of answering all of my questions was patient as I had many of them and truly seemed interested in how she could best serve me and my families specific needs. I was also really impressed as we walked the community that each and every resident knew Pam and you could tell that she has real and genuine relationships not only the folks that live there but also those that work at the community. The residents all seemed to be well cared for, happy and engaged. We are still doing our research but this community is one we will definitely revisit when the time comes.

They are very attentive to the wants and needs of the people in their care. They are making improvements to the facility constantly. Very open to suggestions. They have an excellent cook in Mike who is a excellent scratch cook as opposed to catered. Highly recommend them and commend them on their concern for quality care.

We recently moved my mother to the Crossings and are very pleased with the level of care she receives. She is thriving in this atmosphere and tells us often that she feels like the staff really cares and that she is well taken care of. She also appreciates the cleanliness of The Crossings, and loves to spend time on the patio! We, as a family, benefit from conversations with the staff, who help us understand her memory challenges and how to handle them. Thank you to the staff & management - we appreciate you!!

I was looking for a place for my Father. Found this place through a service. Made an appointment to visit and Natalie was super awesome. She helped me out greatly. Loved the whole staff, very caring people. My father and I feel like family. They have activities, aromatherapy and spiritual activities for those seeking them. I can not praise or recommend this place for your family's needs. My Dad has thrived since being at The Crossings. Highly satisfied from beginning to end.

We recently moved our mother into to The Crossings of Flower Mound. Her disease was progressing and she was in need of a higher level of care than she had been getting and a staff familiar with caring for residents with her condition. Within days of arriving at The Crossings, my Mother was eating better, she had more alertness and we noticed that she was communicating more than before. The staff is friendly, experienced and it's a smaller community focused on providing a great experience to the residents and their family members. If your loved one has been diagnosed with a memory related illness and you need a place for them to call home where they not only have the resources to provide quality care for them but, perhaps more importantly, the right kind of staff that seem to really care...I recommend you visit The Crossing of Flower Mound and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed you did.

The Crossings has been a life saver for me. I was the caregiver for my wife for 8 years. When I found the Crossings, my wife took to it right away. My wife loved the attention she got from the caregivers and would often give them a love pat on the rear. The Crossings is a save place with excellent care. I would recommend them to anyone.

When my mom moved in, I felt this was a class operation with caring people. I was pleasantly surprised there is a company out there,especially in the health care area, where profit does not seem to be the motivating factor. As anyone who has done research knows, assisted living is not cheap. They actually provided transportation for my mom from out of state when she moved in. However, turnover seems relatively high and there are definitely areas of improvement. My mom has since moved out and she has unpleasant memories of the place. Of course, you have to take into consideration that her frame of mind is that she tends to remember only the negative things, but she felt the care staff was not so friendly. Also, the food served was pretty bad. It could be that these areas have improved since she moved out. In addition, while it was nice that there was never any worries about stealing, it was disappointing that quite a few of her items were "lost" in the laundry.

After the heart breaking decision to place my dad in assisted living we called for a quote. Based on that quote we made financial plans and preparations to move him into Autumn Leaves - Flower Mound. We went to the facility to sign paperwork and was then told that the price we were quoted by their marketing director was wrong and that the actual cost was 3x what we had been quoted. We were devastated! All that was said was "sorry, we gave the wrong amounts." This lack of professionalism and concern for accuracy when dealing with people's lives is unacceptable. They added undue trauma to an already excessively stressful life event. We left and found a more reputable assisted living community. I hope that no other family has to go through what we did with this facility.

I have trouble finding words for the amount of appreciated I have in my heard for all of you. When my grandma came to Autumn Leaves I truly thought that the decline she had recently taken was permanent. But after six months at Autumn Leaves her improvement is astounding. And there is no doubt in my mind that her improvement is the direct result of AL staff’s commitment to her care, her health, and her quality of life. You all care for her with such genuine patience and love that I know she is in the best and most competent hands. Please feel proud in knowing that you are setting a new standard in this industry and I hope you keep showing them how it’s done right!

This community is to be commended for the way they care for their residents. It has a way of creating a family atmosphere. There are outstanding programs that are entertaining and mind stimulating which helps curb boredom in a calming manner. With the well planned, nutritious meals they are presented in a pleasant and timely manner. Medications are administered very carefully with a nurse on duty. The courtyard gives a feeling of being at home on the patio looking at our flowers and listening to the mockingbird singing. The building has a beautiful front is well kept and clean inside and out that gives the feeling that this is not just another place to be. According to other peoples statements in Denton, Dallas, Arlington, Fort Worth and Wichita Falls it is a nice place to be. The staff is very well organized, caring and helpful! After visiting some other places to me this is a place to be recommended. The reason we came here was because it was recommended to us. Charles Dierke and Joanne Conaway as well as Claire Jameson and the nurses are to be commended for the way the community is perfect.
