Facility is always clean and airy , with well placed skylights and interior courtyard. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the executive director. They are real people who managed COVID as well as possible, and my 97-year-old Mom is happy despite advanced dementia. Would not have her anywhere else.

Ive been there two times providing entertainment. From the first visit, every encounter from the entrance to the parking lot to the gathering room was superb. I was greeted warmly. Everything was so pristine. I love the staff. Vicki was very accommodating. I love the care given to each patient by the staff.

The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They treat the residents like family. The support group meetings are helpful and its comforting to be with families going through similar habits with their loved one at Brookdale. This is a learning experience for most of us and interacting with the knowledgeable staff makes the situation better than weve experienced previously.

Brookdale Creekside is a beautiful and warm community. It is in the perfect location right off of Spring Creek Parkway and Custer in Plano. You could feel the love as soon as you walked in. The community is nice, bright, and clean. They have so many neat things going on there for the residents. Definitely take a look at the courtyard and the residents garden when you go visit. The staff was so friendly and caring. The rooms are very spacious and the rates are extremely competitive. If you are in need of memory care for your loved one, I highly recommended Brookdale Creekside.

I have visited this place before. The staff and Director of Resident Service, Frances was very caring towards the residents. They are loved and well taken care off. I sampled the food and it was delicious too! I recommend you check out this place for your loved one.

My husbands father lived with us for a long period of time, and we have many treasured memories from his time with us. As he moved into the later stages of Alzheimers, we had to make the difficult decision to find another home for him. Brookdale Creekside has been the best possible home away from home for him. Every single staff member takes a personal interest in his care. Alzheimers is a horrible disease and it breaks our heart to see its effects, but my husband and I have complete peace knowing he is in the best possible place with such a caring and attentive staff.
