I was exploring my options in case my mother decides to move here. One of my good friends recommended Juniper. I went in for a tour and was blown away by how amazing the staff was. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The executive director, Edna, was so sweet and knowledgeable and helped put my mind at ease. I will recommend this community to anyone who asks and if the time comes, will happily move my mother in. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Juniper Assisted Living in Plano is wonderful! Edna the Director, Katie in Sales, Melissa and Michelle Front Desk, are all wonderful and caring. Caroline is amazing and Wendi in PT w her help are wonderful. They have an in house nurse LaToya who is great to work with. The folks that check on each of the patients are so caring making the families at ease knowing the loved ones are being so cared for. CeCe and Bethel along with all the others are fantastic. These are very special people to provide the love and support to our families. The staff providing the food do a wonderful job making sure there are 3 wonderful meals a day! This place is amazing as I go up every day and get to see the love provided to all the residents. DeDe provides a whole list of activities for the residents and does a great job. This is a place you can have your loved ones knowing when you leave they are in the best of the care! Please consider Juniper when looking for an assisted living center in Plano.

My grandmother lived at Juniper Village for 2 years. She had excellent care. Choosing the right assisted living facility is very important. A big reason I chose Juniper Village for my grandmother is because of it's size. It's a smaller facility; therefore, she had more personalized care. She could get to know the staff and them her. I could tell her caretakers really did care about her, and that was a big comfort to me. Melissa and Judy running the front desk we're always happy and helpful. Anytime I needed anything I knew they would get me to the right person.

Juniper Spring Creek is the place my Mom calls "home". It is a community that embraces its residents and their families. The staff extends kindness, patience, and love to all. Great time and care are taken to provide a variety of activities and special events for the community. An effort is made to get the residents and families engaged. We are also thankful for the volunteers that provide spiritual support through teaching and song. Such a blessing to have this "family" as we navigate this phase of our life.

The staff is wonderful. My mother has challenges related to her declining memory. The staff has been very helpful and patient. All of the staff know the residents and are warm and caring towards them.

The hiring process was a very pleasant experience. The hiring manager Michelle was very friendly and approachable. She answered every question I had and explained my position very well. Talking to her felt like I was talking to an old friend as she was very outgoing and didn't make me feel awkward at all! I highly recommend Brookdale spring Creek gardens to be your next step to a fulfilling career. We have a great staff and lovely managers on our team! ??

This is a warm, cozy, family feeling place. It is easy for my mom to get around, very well lit, simple floor plan. Her room was completely remodeled before she moved in. Activities have kept her busy and the transition easier. Kelley added such sweet and personal touches, like a garden flag with a J on it right outside her window overlooking the garden. Several of the other residents welcomed her in inviting her to Bingo, church and exercise class.

Brookdale has always had a reputation for being the best at what they do. This facility is no different. The staff is kind and caring, as well as knowledgeable in continued care for the elderly. Since my mother has the early onset of Alzheimer's, it was a concern of mine to find a place where she can call home, and when the time comes, transition easily into memory care from assisted living. Also, I like the fact there is a bible study, this has always been important to mom, and providing her with the things she needs, as well as the things she loves, is important to me.
