Had a good experience here recently. The executive director there is doing a good job and I liked the registered nurse at the facility. Residents looked happy and well cared for.

Caretaking is VERY difficult. I know because I've cared for my mother at home for a few years before taking her to TCMC 4 months ago. They have been very helpful from the admittance process up to now. The office staff are always friendly! The nurse is always updating me on my mother's medical status, and even call me at home sometime. The caretakers are friendly and always willing to help me with my requests in regards to my mother. Considering the number of residents they have and the difficulties face when caring for All of them, everyone there are very accommodating and caring! My mother is thriving there which gives me peace. She's coming off Hospice today! Please visit your Loved Ones often!

my mom is a current coworker of timberwood court ( jamie ) and shes amazimg with her residents and her employees do the same!! my mom tells me all about her day when she comes home, and it just sounds amazing how the residents are being treated. i cant wait to apply when im 18!!! this place is amazing!!!

I waited 4 months to get my husband into Timberwood. We went from one from hell to having such wonderful people. My husband had some wonderful caregivers and med techs that really cared about him as a human and not a number. The front staff from George on down make you feel welcomed and comfortable.Id recommend Timberwood in a heartbeat.

I have been overwhelmingly impressed with the staff here. My friend moved in about two months ago and they have been so patient and warm to him. He easily gets off track and upset and they are able to redirect him. He tells me every time I talk to him that everyone is so nice. I know he is always taken care of.

First of all, thank you to all of the caregivers and staff who are going above and beyond to care for our loved ones. I am very relieved to know my mom is in good hands. The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean and welcoming. I appreciate that my mom has her own room but also the ability to be social at meal times and during individual and guided activities. My mom is thriving and happy and most of the time thinks she is in a hotel!

Our mother was placed in January at Timberwood and she loves the food. She thinks at times she is at an amusement park. She is having a great time. Of course she talks about going home. Great respect for the people that work there. Caring
