We finally found this wonderful memory care home after two other bad experiences. There are 20 very nice rooms, high care staff ratio, meals 3 hours apart, baths as needed but minimum 3x week. Staff absolutely loves and cares for my LO just like family. They aren't part of a giant nationwide conglomerate who are absentee owners. There are just a small number of Barton Houses in the southwest. I really like how the nurses station, dining, kitchen is open concept where the residents can see and interact with their caregivers. I just can not say enough good things about Barton House. You will not be disappointed and the price is reasonable.

Wonderful place that is specifically designed for Memory Care. Lots of natural light and very open feeling. Pass through window into kitchen so residents can talk with chef and see and smell what is cooking! Large outdoor area surrounded by trees and next to a lake. The staff is great, very engaging and caring. Great community.... I highly recommend Barton House!

I can't recommend Barton House enough!! This is without a doubt the best memory care facility in the Houston area. The staff are very attentive and clearly love what they do, and the residents all seem very happy and comfortable. It's a wonderful place!

My mom is a resident at Barton House. The love and care mom gets here is second to none. Mom is not an easy dementia resident and the patience the caregivers have with her has been amazing. The entire team Is trained on how to care for dementia patients and I see it every time I visit. From the team that I see when I visit -Sheila & Danielle in the office to Pristine, Darrell, Seana, Camille, Tawanna, Peter, and Maria- I have seen a passion in each for what they do everyday at Barton House. And the wonderful chefs in the kitchen even get involved. And the food looks and smells delicious. The decision to place my mom in memory care was not an easy one. We made the right decision by choosing Barton House.

Great place they have a amazing routine schedule for their residence I work For encompass hospice I stop by the other day to drop off A brochure and some goodies for the staff met this great guy by the name of Darrell that gave me a ear full of the Program and routine Barton House has that make Barton house so different from every other facility around I told him I never knew I never knew Barton house was here it's smelt so fresh inside I was really amazed and impressed how professional this gentleman was and he looks so young keep up the great work Darrell I see something special in you.....

I have worked at Barton House for 17 years, and truly, that was not my intention when I first walked through the door. However, I was won over by this concept of caring for people with memory issues in a personal home-like setting. When you get a group of compassionate people, dedicated to giving the highest level of care, its unique. It is a fantastic environment to work in, as well as to live in! Youve actually got to see it to believe it. I suppose the difference between Barton House and other places is this not just a job to us, its who we are and what we do.
