Thank you so much for providing everyone with a lovely lunch and music.

Since my dad arrived there in mid-September, I have been nothing but impressed with the many aspects of Bridges by Epoch at Westford, as well as its staff & management. Upon walking in, it feels just like home - a very positive, calm, cozy, & welcoming environment. The facility is very clean, well-secured, & smells wonderful. (Did I mention all the positive, helpful people, delicious food, beautiful courtyards, and adorable pet chickens? It’s hard not to love this place.) They also have on-site visits from an excellent doctor, NP, & dentist, to ensure our loved-ones are well taken care of. Most importantly, I was also taken aback by how professional, caring, & supportive everyone here is. Not to sound cliche, but they actually DO make you and your loved one feel like family.

Mom moved to Bridges of Westford from a previous memory care that was not able to address her changing medical needs. We have been more than impressed with every aspect of bridges from the staff, to the environment, to the personalized attention. The improvement we've seen in her condition has been a great comfort to us. It's truly a wonderful home for her.

I direct a choir of residents who live at Bridges in Westford. I recently attended the wake of two of my former choir members, and was very happy that their family members said such nice things about their loved ones' experiences at Bridges.

The care for my mom at Bridges by Epoch in Westford exceeded my expectations. The facility itself is a welcoming, bright and uplifting, safe/secure place (both inside and the outside courtyards) for a loved one with moderate/late memory loss. Each day is full of activities to help enrich the lives of their residents including some pets/animals that come by too which my mom really enjoyed. The nurses, CNA’s and life enrichment team are the fabric of this facility and they are hands down some of the most compassionate/caring people I’ve met. They really get to know/understand each person living in their community….like a second family. I also thought the onsite visits from a geriatric psychiatrist and a primary care physician were very convenient too. I'd highly recommend Bridges by Epoch at Westford without any doubts.

My mom moved to Bridges by Epoch in Westford about 2 years ago. The staff helped make the transition from my home to her new home a good experience for all of us. The staff provides activities and fun events to keep her active all day so she (and I) sleep well at night. The food is delicious -I join her for lunch often. Happy hour Fridays with entertainment is a favorite event we both like to attend. The nursing and CNA staff are outstanding - always willing to answer my questions and squelch my concerns with positive feedback. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

We chose Bridges at Westford, and would make the same choice if we had to do it again, because it’s 100% memory care, as all Bridges locations are, and therefore that’s the one and only focus. The staff are all experienced, knowledgeable, AND kind, caring, and compassionate. Since all Bridges locations are 100% memory care, that’s the one and only focus. The food is excellent and prepared by an on-site chef and staff. There are lots of activities throughout the day led by a very enthusiastic Life Enrichment Director and her staff that is supplemented by occasional outside trips and regular on-site musicians, therapy dogs, and much more. My wife is very mobile and we can walk around the neighborhoods inside and, weather dependent, we can walk and sit in the beautiful gardens/courtyards outside each of the neighborhoods. The Wellness staff deserves special mention because it consists of not only FT nurses but a readily available as needed PCP and Geriatric-Psychiatrist who see each resident regularly and are both in regular contact with the Bridges Westford Wellness Director.

My husband and I considered Bridges by EPOCH at Westford for my mother-in-law's care, and we were highly impressed by both the facility and caring staff. Cindy Schultz was our Westford contact. She gave us tours, got to know our situation, and enabled us to put down a deposit to give us priority consideration when a place became available. Throughout the past five years, she checked in on us regularly, offered many opportunities to learn about dementia and get support as caregivers. She provided excellent advice for handling our loved one's issues and care while living in assisted living. I was also highly impressed by Alicia Seaver, VP of Memory Care Operations, who led zoom sessions for caregivers. learned so much about how sophisticated the Bridges approach to memory care is. They truly care about helping their community members live their best lives. The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. It's a great choice for memory care.

My mom has been at bridges for many years now -before Covid, during Covid, and now in these post-Covid years. And throughout all of the ups and downs of the outside world and her own journey through Alzheimer’s, the Bridges community has supported both her and our family They have surrounded her with love, a community, daily activities and outings that have all helped to keep her active and safe. I don’t worry about her when I am not there to check on her and spend time with her because I know the staff at Bridges - from the managers to the daily care team, the kitchen crew and the housekeeping staff know her, love her, and strive to make each day a day full of smiles and support.

I attended a Westford Business Association breakfast at Bridges this week. It was my first time at this lovely facility. The front porch is beautifully decorated and you immediatly feel at home. The staff including Cindy, Sarah and Corinne are so friendly and pleasant to be around. The gardens out back were just breathaking with plenty of natural sunlight, flowers and greenery. I would definitely recommend Bridges.

If you are considering memory care for a loved one (or two) I sincerely recommend Bridges at Westford. My parents share a small suite in one of the three delightful "neighborhoods" at Bridges at Westford where they receive excellent care, healthy meals, and engage in a variety of thoughtful activities! In addition, Bridges provides a joyful outdoor space--a fenced and landscaped courtyard--for each neighborhood where we can sit or stroll when visiting Mom and Dad and they can enjoy the garden, sunshine, sky, and birds. I love the peace of mind knowing that they are safe and well-cared for 24/7. Executive director Erica Labb sets a high bar for communication and provides important updates when needed, informs families of staff promotions and other changes, and responds quickly to questions/concerns. I love that care aids take pride in making sure my parents are comfortably dressed and groomed and their suite is tidy. The wellness director Gretchen and her staff coordinate my parents’ care with their pharmacy, nurse practitioner, podiatrist, and psychiatrist. This is an absolute blessing! It’s so clear that the Bridges staff enjoy and respect each other and the fun they share spreads like sunshine to all the residents in their care. Thank you to all! My best, Jeanne

Re: Bridges of Westford. I met Sarah 2 years before the pandemic at a Caregivers Meeting in Littleton. From that time until the present I have been invited to many events sponsored / provided by Bridges. The staffs at Westford, including Sarah, Cindy, Erica, Tom and others have been a significant help to me as I was caring for my spouse through hospitalizations, rehab and nursing home care and eventually her passing. They are knowledgeable about what folks are experiencing and always so pleasant and eager to help wherever they can. I remember early on that we were invited to participate in Memory Cafes. My spouse really enjoyed going (it was like a date for us) and on the last occasion it happened to be our 53rd wedding anniversary. Sarah made sure the musician dedicated a song to us. I was so happy to see my wife smiling so gratefully. I have continued to be associated with Bridges of Westford, attending educational presentations as well as monthly get-togethers working on various projects and enjoying delicious lunches. In summary, at Westford the staff really cares about people and they do their best to make sure they are helping us through whatever we are feeling. They really deserve a 5 Star rating.

Bridges in Westford is a superb facility. We looked at over a half dozen places before placing our mother there -- we kept coming back to Bridges, as it was clearly heads and shoulders above all the others. The staff is warm, caring, and compassionate, and the administration is involved and extremely responsive. We feel very fortunate to have our mother at Bridges, as the care she receives there is truly excellent.
December 2022
Bridges Westford has been a true godsend for my Mom (with Dementia) and our family. If you are reading these reviews there is a likelihood that you may be experiencing firsthand what my family went through as Mom's disease progressed. Our heart goes out to you. It can be a lonely and exhausting experience for both your loved one and the primary caregivers (in our case my Dad and Sister) as they struggle to cope with the basics of day-to-day life. Mom came to Bridges about 6 months ago after a fall and broken hip set her back beyond our ability to care for her at home. Since that time Bridges has become home for Mom and an incredible support system for our family. The entire staff is compassionate and attentive to the needs of not only the resident but the caregivers' needs and their concerns as well. Communication is timely and open. Daily activities are wonderfully thought out and implemented. The food is excellent and my Dad and Sister often share lunch with Mom and the other residents. Mom enjoys the fresh air in the courtyard and she gets her hair done every couple of weeks with a caring and compassionate on-site hairdresser. It is never easy to move into this phase of life but thankfully we have Bridges Westford and we are no longer alone. Mom is nearby, safe, well cared for, and part of a community and for that, we are genuinely grateful to everyone at Bridges.
November 2021
Bridges has been a blessing! My husband is treated with kindness, patience, and compassion. Administrators, direct care staff, and support staff all demonstrate these qualities. All of my husband's needs have been met at Bridges, eliminating the hassle of outside appointments. Residents have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and occasional outings. The facility is spacious as well as nicely designed and decorated, with both private and communal areas. Weather permitting, we enjoy getting some fresh air and sunshine in the beautifully landscaped courtyard. I highly recommend Bridges for your loved one with dementia.
October 2021
My wife has been at Bridges for eight months. She came to Bridges after a fall and a hospital stay and rehab. The process has been very difficult with COVID-19. I could not see her for over a month until she got to Bridges. When someone has dementia it is not a one size fits all process. It takes a lot to get the best possible outcome. From day one the staff at Bridges has been exceptionally caring and compassionate. It is easy to give a five star rating when every thing goes according to expectations but with dementia you never no what is going to happen. To give a five star rating after working with Bridges for eight months is a privilege I appreciate being able to give. The Director at Bridges has been fantastic to work with and the staff is unbelievably caring and compassionate. I know this is a long review but I cannot say enough about Bridges Westford and the Epoch support team. Alicia Seaver has many support sessions on Zoom that are enlightening and helpful.
October 2021
I have had the greatest experience with my mom's placement at Bridges in Westford. The team has developed a relationship with Mom, they know her well, and they treat her with respect. I have been very happy with the response of the administrative team to handle any issues that my mom has had ( medical, social, etc.) they work with us to make sure mom feels like she is loved where she is and that she is happy. Their goal is for her to feel like Bridges is a home for her and that has been achieved. I visit mom multiple times a week (never announced), and I have never been disappointed with what I have found when I have arrived. Mom is engaged in activities she is encouraged to participate but he desire to sit one out is also respected. My mother's medical condition does not render her unable to report to me about what happens to her and with her, and she has never had any complaints hat warrant concern or question. I could not have asked for a better scenario given the unfortunate circumstances of my mother's health decline. She is my best friend and my hero, and our experience at Bridges has been tremendous.

Words can't express my gratitude to Bridges at Westford for their care provided to my husband. The staff and aides are all very responsive. Covid has been difficult for everyone - nevertheless, Bridges at Westford communicate very well with us, making accommodations for virtual visits and updates and providing us with a peace of mind. I am glad we found Bridges at Westford for a place to keep my husband happy, healthy, and well. Thank you all.
August 2019
Bridges by EPOCH at Westford is the fifth facility in 14 months I've had my loved one in residence so I've had quite a bit of hands on experience in a formally unknown marketplace. The care that my loved one is receiving now is so superior to other the facilities, I only wish I found Bridges at the beginning of this transition. I am not exaggerating when I say that every staff member, from housekeeping to the executive director, is a delight to encounter. They all truly love what they do and the people entrusted to them. They are genuinely passionate about making every day better for the residents, their families, and fellow staff members. They clearly enjoy each other and exude a team mentality in the presence of expected and unexpected challenges inherent with the work they've chosen. I could seriously go on and on about how lovely, engaged, and present the staff is and how for the first time during our crash course in memory care facilities that I know at least 20 of them by name. If you are considering this very difficult and weighty decision, I highly recommend Bridges by EPOCH at Westford, you will not be disappointed.
