Staff are amazing. They kept this building pretty clean and in good working condition even with all the business of the area. I wish I could have taken Scott and Liz with me to my new apartments. They always went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, often quick responses for any maintenence calls. I did find the area to be too busy and high traffic for long term living but if you are the type who can thrive in an area like the east side I'd recommend this place.

Love the new guy management very professional and approachable easy to speak with. If there is any issue he make sure it is handled in a professional yet timely manner unlike the other woman manager, Andrea who has an bad attitude and she is NOT approachable or professional and do NOT handle things in a timely manner. If she dont like you shell show it in how she handle you as a tenant-guest and you will not catch her smiling so many of us when we see her keep walking when she is here. She seem depressed for yrs now, so glad they hired someone else to be here, he is definitely a breath of fresh air for the company we really like his demeanor and professionalism over here at Greenwich, thank you all for finding someone so professional and willing to make sure we are all comfortable and being handled with respect.
