I love living in this community! The staff is exceptional from the office girls to the maintenance staff! They go above and beyond to be courteous and helpful! Especially Maribel and Nef.

My mom and I have lived here almost 3 years and through a lot of ups and downs. This is absolutely the best staff (Manager Maribel, Nef and Val) and maintenance we've had. They are responsive and effective. Our home is clean inside and kept up outside. They support our resident-hosted activities which brings so many good people together and enhances our lives. It's a beautiful building too!

I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and wouldn't dream of living anywhere else. I've made new friends and there are so many activities we do together. Shout out to Maribel and her crew in the office, plus our maintenance department who work together to keep our home looking good.

The office staff and maintenance are always willing to help you whenever you need help they're kind and courteous. They have really made a difference an making sure the property stays nice for all the residents. I was debating on moving but once this team started I decided to stay. They make it nice to live here.

I have lived here over 2 years, and I can honestly say things here are the best they have ever been. The staff here truly cares and it shows! When I moved here, I was at a very low point after a couple of major losses, but right away I felt at home, my neighbors have been wonderful, and it has helped me to heal. My roommate Basil (The white stroller kitty) gives it 2 paws up, he loves it here as well!

Our current office group, led by Maribel, is the best we've had in my 2 1/2 years here. Our maintenance group is also the best we've had in my 2 1/2 years here. We have been through a lot with the previous managers/staff, and it's comforting to know we have Maribel, Nef and Val there to keep things right! Definitely a fun and nice place to live

I've lived here three years and our first management was not as good as good as it could've been. When Maribel and her team took over the property it has been a better community. We appreciate all of the good that has happened since Maribel and her team started working here.

I think that Cedar Pointe is a great place to live. Management was struggling in the beginning, but now Maribelle and her crew are working really hard and I hope that upper management realizes just how hard they are working to keep people happy, involved and well taken care of. Finally we have a good maintenance team and an outstanding team in the office. Also, residents are stepping up and the activities are becoming better attended. Come live with us, we are having fun and eating really well!!!!

This property management that we have now has been the best one we've had since we've lived here. The property has improved and the residents, including myself are a lot happier. The community itself is nice they keep up with the community and the grounds are clean it's overall a great place to live.

My wife and I moved to Cedar Pointe 3years ago. The building is great with many outstanding features. We have met many new friends here. There are many events and activities sponsored by residents. Wether you enjoy a social hour, bingo, sit and fit exercise, trivia cards, table games, pot lucks or live music and entertainment it is all here. The management team headed by our Community Director, Maribel has been working hard with the Residents to make Cedar Pointe the home we all hoped it would be when we moved here. I would recommend Cedar Pointe to everyone.

They had a flood on the roof due to bad maintenance, they said it was a act of god and they are not responsible for the damage, first big mistake, so they tore up the apartments to fix it running heater blowers all day and night, people were going crazy sleeping in the halls and the library, they wouldn't cover the hotel price we had to go to, second big mistake! Then after 3 weeks they said they would put us in a hotel, so we said hey, you were wrong, we want to be reimbursed, they said no, 3rd big big mistake, while we were at the hotel the workers stole some stuff from us, we thought can this get any Worse!?!?! It did, after it was all over, they put eviction notices on many apartment doors, scaring the he'll out of a bunch of seniors thinking their gonna get kicked out, after a week or so they said ( oh sorry we made a mistake), a little too late for some that had nervous breakdowns, a few went to the hospital when they freaked out, and the last straw was a rent increase over 100 dollars, many left immediately, if your wondering why there's 30 vacancies? There's your answer.👎👎

I've lived here at Cedar Pointe for 2yrs +, and this senior complex is the best I've seen. The management is awesome and very friendly, and the Manager Maribel has been great working with people along with her awesome staff. Anyone that moves in will just love it. By the way, don't go by my picture above, I was 17 yrs old then, I wasn't 55 then… Thanks, Dan Hughes

I notice most of the reviews are when Lupa was manager in 2020, she was awesome but now the place has went to hell in a hand basket because of all the drug addicts and low standard people. Such a real shame.

My Mother has lived at Cedar Point Senior Apartments for three years and loves her apartment. However, this last year the carpets in the hallways especially at the main entrances have been in dire need of cleaning and give a poor impression upon entering the building. You would not want to walk barefoot our have a child get on the floors. This November 2023 most if not all the residents were giving notices of eviction due to lack of payment for the month of September 2023. My mother had paid her rent on time and was given a notice. Management stated they were ordered by corporate to put the notices on the residents doors. They did call my mother a few days later and told her she had paid and the notice was an error. Which is great. The ironic point being that there is a notice of eviction for lack of payment currently attached to the door of a gentlemen that had passed away last winter (2022). Makes you wonder about the upper management booking ability.

Lovely environment and apartments, however, they do not have a designated parking space for each unit. If you get a doctors note, then you can get a space closer to the building and the others are for tenants with no notes, guests and 2nd cars. No overflow parking. It took us 10 minutes to find a space for the walk through & that was after asking a tenant. That tenant proceeded to tell us that the parking was a problem.

I absolutely love the leadership here. They have well experienced staff that are not afraid to stand up for everyone at the property. Very experienced and absolutely love their job. I have no regrets about sending my grandmother here!

Moved here a few months ago and I really like it here! The front office staff is Very friendly... the putting green is nice and I enjoy using it as well as the gym and yoga studio! The residents here are friendly and it’s easy to make friends!

I wrote a long review last week and it never got posted. I decided to move and started my research as I can choose about any apartment in many communities nice apartments, but the deciding factor for me is how the office staff act toward seniors. I was in this business for many years and that is critical for most seniors. And Kelley Brown was my deciding factor, she was awesome, patient, kind and showed real compassion and caring in making this important decision.After almost two months living here I am still enjoying my apartment and hope as construction is completed details will be focused on more. One drawback with the wood floors is noise is louder, and of course when people are moving in there is more noise, my little dog has been really nervous for 3 days with neighbors moving in above me, I do hope it will settle and perhaps they will consider putting in area rugs, it really will help decrease the sound and carrying. We all want to enjoy living in this beautiful property and hopefully to accomplish this we all will be sensitive to the comfort of our neighbors as well as our own and do our part toward that endeavor. I am hoping that soon things will start being done to bring neighbors together in the common area and a meet and greet. It helps to know your neighbors and for most it adds to that feeling of community and enjoyment.My son and granddaughter are much happier that I am hear rather than where I moved from and their peace of mind is important for me.The one inconvenience is when driving from I-5, is having to drive all the way to the light by Walmart and do a Uturn to be able to get into our community. I have been told they are going to put a street light and open 172nd up in front of us so we wont need to do this, I do hope it doesnt take 2 years to get it done. LOL.
