Thank you for all the wonderful experiences that I have had. It was a pleasure to know all those living here for the past year and a half. There has not been any day that I have regretted my decision to move from my longtome home in East Texas to this loving community. This place is perfect for me. It has the perfect staff of caring employees. Their cherfulness will left your spirits. They go iout of their way to make our lives more comfortabvle. I feel totally safe here. Every need and desire is provided, Bereafast and lunch are served each day. This is a time of great fellowship with the other residents. There are daily activities that we can participate in that keeps our minds aas well as our bodies active. Transportataion is provided at no cost to grocery stores and walmart each week, also to doctor appointments, near by churches and outtings we have walking trails for those that enjoy waling outside I highly reccommend Atria at Hometown to anyone looking for Aplace to call Home.

My father has been with Atria at Hometown for a year and a half. I am his only child living across the world, and after he was widowed I was terribly afraid that he would be lonely in this situation. Atria and its staff, residents, everyone has provided such a wonderful environment of family and fun that this is the only place he wants to live. Endless activities, beautiful living spaces, and such a caring staff that not only has it improved his health, but I never have to worry about his well being. I highly recommend Atria at Hometown.

Our Mom spent the last two years at Atria! Mary was so kind in the process of helping Mom transition from her home to independent living. I would recommend Atria to anyone looking to make the move from their home to a an independent community. Even when Mom came home on hospice, Atria was so kind and accommodating to all of the care she would need. We are grateful for their part of our journey in caring for Mom

Atria at Hometown provides Seniors with more easily-accessible opportunities for a rich and comfortable life than regular apartments or living in one's home. The staff is great, and life is easier and more fun.

We recently visited with Mary Flowers who is the Community Sales Director at Atria At Hometown, 6350 Winter Park Dr.,North Richland Hills, TX 76180. She escorted throughout the facility showing us the ammentities and the apartments available. We were actually checking the accomodations for a dear friend of ours. As we walked the grounds, many residents stopped and chatted with us all telling us how much they loved living there, how it had changed their lives. These were just random residents we met as we were walking! Mary stayed in touch with us through email offering words of encouragement and hope for our friend. I cannot tell you what her words, care and obvious love for the elderly meant to us! The accommodations were spotless and you could tell the other vendors (hair salon, physical therapy) in there cared for the people. I highly recommend this complex for anyone needing senior living care. When it's our time, we will be heading that way!!

Atria HometownI now call it my home. The staff is simply over the top. They genuinely care for Atria residents. Any restaurant in the DFW area would be proud to have a dining room wait staff equal to that of Atria, my new home. The residents are friendly and outgoing, every day a new friend. I love Atria Hometown, my new home.

My parents recently transitioned from their home of over 60 years to living at Atria Hometown. Starting with the initial tours and assessments Atria exceeded expectations. Multiple independent Sr Living options were considered, but in our minds Atria set the bar. Mary was outstanding at touring the facility and helping us to understand all that Atria offered as well as all the financial scenarios. We found Atria Hometown clearly offered the best bang for the dollar in amenities, care and options. My parents have been living at Atria for about a month and I would characterize them as nothing short of giddy The transition has been almost seamless and they are already thoroughly enjoying this next chapter of their life. All aspects of the Atria staff have demonstrated professionalism as well as a polite friendly atmosphere. If anyone is assessing or considering Sr Living options, I would highly recommend Atria Hometown.

Our parents recently moved into Atria Senior Independent Living, and we truly could not be happier with their experience. From the very beginning, the staff (Mary, Lance, Omari and Dee and many others ) have been welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. The sense of community here is something special. They’ve made new friends quickly and love being surrounded by people who are active, friendly, and engaged. The variety of activities keeps them busy and gives them something to look forward to every day, whether it’s social events, games, or group outings. Most importantly, they feel at home ” supported, included, and part of a community rather than just living in a building. Seeing how happy, social, and comfortable they are has given our whole family peace of mind. We’re so grateful to everyone at Atria for creating such a warm and positive place to live. We highly recommend Atria Hometown.

We had such a wonderful experience at Atria at Hometown. Lance treated us incredibly well. He was kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff and residents were all so friendly and warm, creating a genuinely positive and inviting atmosphere. You can really feel the sense of community here. We highly recommend Atria at Hometown to everyone looking for a caring and welcoming place.
December 2025
From the very beginning, Lance showed exceptional patience and understanding as I navigated the process of selling my home before moving in. He never rushed me, always checked in with genuine care, and made what could have been a stressful time feel manageable and supported. The staff at Atria are equally wonderful warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to making every resident feel comfortable and cared for. The residents themselves create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to feel connected from day one. This community is something special. Atria doesn’t just provide a place to live it provides a place to belong. It truly feels like home.

Mary Flowers is one of the most approachable, welcoming and genuinely helpful Atria associates she deserves a raise!
September 2025
Very positive experience. We have not moved in yet but after looking into Sr. Living facilities for 3 years, Atria is the one we have chosen. We have visited Atria multiple times leaving with the following impressions. The sales staff (Mary) we worked with has been professional, cooperative and very patient with all our questions. And as appropriate, she have brought items to the table which should be considered. In summary, we look forward to finalizing our decision and move into the next phase of our life. C & M

From the moment we met Mary, we knew Atria was the right place for my mom. The staff greeted her by name and made her feel truly welcome, and the residents were equally kind and inclusive. She enjoyed the activities and the sense of community that Atria provided. Although she eventually needed to move on to assisted living, her time in independent living at Atria was such a positive experience. I would highly recommend Atria to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.

Living at Atria Hometown Independent living is a good home away from "home." Leaving a home Is a mental and physical adjustment, and I haven't regretted my decision to live at Atria. My husband and I have a beautiful apartment, and we have all in all so far enjoyed the experience of friendly people, beautiful grounds, great activities to engage, good food, and super staff.

My cousin lives here. They fix meal. They have physical therapy at the facility. You do have your own apartment
May 2025
Atria At Hometown is a great community! The apartment is spacious, clean, and nice! The amenities (such as the movie theater, libary, pool, chapel, coffee, carts, etc.) are numerous and convenient. The transportation service is a real life-saver for those of us who can no longer drive. The meals are timely, nutritious, as and delicious. The housekeeping is a valuable service, especially for those of us with physical limitations. The staff is professional and helpful, and really care about their residents, and the residents are very friendly. I love it here, and reccomend to everyone 55 and over!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a beautiful community, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The scenery was absolutely stunning, creating a perfect backdrop for our visit. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the amazing staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that our group felt comfortable and valued. Their dedication and hospitality made all the difference. I can’t wait to return to this wonderful community in the future!

My mom stayed there for 2 years and they always took care of her needs. They always cared and where friendly. Would recommend them.

Atria Hometown in NRH has been an amazing partner to our family as Mom prepared to move into her senior apartment. She knew that Atria was the place where she would move when the day came that she would leave her house, but was not prepared to do so when a life-changing medical event occurred in late June. Mary at Atria was with us every step of the way as we prepared to move Mom in by early August. The apartment is beautiful. The services are thoughtfully organized. The people are kind and helpful. What a wonderful place to live!
September 2024
The best thing about Atria are the staff and the residents. There are caring, loving people who work and live here and are eager to share their lives with others.

September 2024
It was an easy transition. I was able to make choices as to how I want to interact with this community. Many activities are provided as well as housekeeping, maintenance, great staff and friendly residents. The units are attractive with a balcony and lots of storage.
September 2024
The Atria feels like home with friendly neighbors and staff. Pleasant grounds, no worries about upkeep or housekeeping, meals or transportation gives me leisure for the many activities available.
July 2024
This property is beautiful! Christina, Sales Director, was caring, informative, and so kind. Although we needed more care, this is a great community for Senior Living!! Definitely, go take a look and visit with the kind staff!!!
July 2024
Be prepared the shark that answers the phone when you call here. She will suck you up like a guppy. Really hates her job and it is evident in her voice. You cannot even try to be nice to her. How on earth does she get on with the residents??
June 2024
We took a tour of this community. It is a lovely, clean, comfortable community with lots of activities and amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A great option for those looking to make the move to Independent living.
March 2024
It's all because of Mary Flowers we joined Atria and moved my parents here to Hometown. She took the time to listen to my concerns and help me decide what was best for my parents. It's not an easy choice, however it's turned out to be a great move for my mom and dad. Jeff G/ Colleyville
February 2024
We love Atria! They are so warm and friendly and genuinely care for their residents. Thank you for making this the perfect place for our mom.
February 2024
I am starting my 5th month at the Atria at Hometown. As you can tell by my 5 star rating this is going to be a very positive review. I chose the Atria because it is a beautiful and very warm place to be. The layout of the building is so interesting. You just have to tour it to appreciate its winding halls and lovely places to sit on every floor. It feels like home! Every inch is tastefully decorated. The residents and staff are friendly and helpful! New resident meetings and resident ambassadors help orient the new person. Without exception I have found the staff to be helpful, cheerful, professional and genuinely friendly. The apartment floor plans are lovely and very workable even for people who have had a lot of downsizing to do. Each apartment has a balcony and a storage area off the balcony. Other things I appreciate: excellent food, a huge variety of classes/activities, a variety of entertainment and a feeling of total safety including a personal alarm apparatus for each person. There is a lovely covered swimming pool which I will look forward to using this summer. Water aerobics will be part of the summer schedule. I am very happy to call the Atria my new home!
February 2024
I couldn't have made a better choice for my mom. The facility is clean with all the amenities/activity spaces, along with a full schedule of activities to keep residents busy and living life; my mom seems to really like the food and coffee, and the meal services are a great way for residents to begin to make friends and socialize; the room we are paying for is a good size and was spotless when we moved in. Her dog even seems to really like it there. They even have a salon on site so I can get my mom's nails done without having to take her somewhere (she no longer drives, although many of the residents still do). All that said, the greatest thing about Atria imho is the overwhelming friendliness of the staff AND fellow residents. Everyone is so incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind. Whatever their interviewing/hiring process is, it's working very well because all the staff, from the servers in the dining room, to the housekeepers, to the sales and front desk staff, have all been super awesome. I see this working out well for my mom and I'm happy I chose Atria.
February 2024
I love living here!! I'm a single 71 year old with adult kids in Keller. Atria is right at the corner of Hometown in North Richland Hills. This is a beautiful planned community just right outside the apartment doors. There's a central lake with waterfowl. A walking trail surrounds the lake. It's a great place to take your dog for a walk, if you have one. The staff is truly compassionate. Lots of amenities are included in your rent. The community restaurant is as good as any restaurant in north Tarrant County. And they will fix you all types of meals that may not be featured as a "daily special." The executive chef tries very hard to please everyone. The administration is competent and listens to the residents (unlike lots of similar senior apartments). When I came to check out the Atria, I briefly met at least 40 tenants. When I asked them what they liked best, all 40 gave me the same response: THE OTHER RESIDENTS. When I asked what they liked least, most balked on an answer. Those who did answer usually had a pretty insignificant problem. Because of their community buses, you don't even need a car here. They take bus loads to Kroger's, Walmart, doctor's offices, etc. Garage parking, covered parking, and open parking are all available within a gated lot. There are lots of access doors around the building. The maintenance staff is also extremely friendly and ready to help you when you need repairs. You also get limited housekeeping included in your rent. If you don't want to come down to the restaurant for your meal, you can have it packaged for pick up. If you are sick, or unable to leave your room, they will deliver your meals. The apartments and common areas are very tastefully decorated with lots of different warm colors. Although some potential renters complain about the rent being higher, you actually get more for your money than you'd get in senior apartments with no amenities. There's even a physical therapist on site. I've lived in a senior apartment in Keller, and it was pathetic compared to the Atria. As an added bonus, once you've paid a one time community fee, you can move to Atria properties in numerous cities and states without a new tenant fee. I think they do everything right, and I'm delighted to write this spontaneous review. I received nothing for writing this review. I've contributed numerous supporting photos of the apartments and surrounding beautiful (and safe) neighborhood. Hometown has been designated as one of the best planned communities in Texas. Come take a look, have a great lunch, and talk with the happy people who are lucky enough to live here! Tom (doc).

Good food--plenty of it! Enough to take left-overs to heat in microwave for supper seems like a nice, friendly place to be.

Atria is well taken care of and has caring staff that make every resident special. Mary spend so much time with us to make sure that my mom made an easy transition with no hidden surprises. relatives are not allowed into common areas and not in dinning room. Still has restrictions in place that really don't apply anymore. Appliances are old and in some cases no longer work. Building needs updating and maintaince concerns are numerous. Meals are not that great. Security is questionable with numerous disturbances during the night.
