I have been a resident of Arrowhead Valley Retirement Resort since April. I am so happy I chose this place to live. Beautiful facility, nice people, friendly staff and wonderful management. All staff members appear to enjoy their jobs and I believe that is a direct reflection of management. A special shout out to Roni, lifestyle director, who plans many social activities and goes the extra mile to bring the community together. Her enthusiasm is contagious.

I toured this gorgeous property about a week ago and had to come on here and tell you that the happy residents I encountered really made an impression on me. This community has such an array of amenities! In meeting the culinary team, I could tell immediately by the presentation of the fresh food and their positive energy, they had a passion for what they do. Jennifer in Sales is exceptional. The koi pond in the lobby is such a nice touch. I would highly recommend this community!

The staff is amazing. Always kind and respectful and pro active about anything you desire. The location is truly a resort. It almost feels like a highend cruise.

I just moved my mother into arrowhead resort. The place is absolutely beautiful inside. Everything is so nicely appointed. The food looks really good. They have plenty of activities all day long to keep you busy. The residents that live here are so friendly and helpful and made her transition easy. The units are large and nicely layed out. The managers are both very helpful and do a wonderful job. I would very much want to live here someday!

I was here today. I was chauffeuring a friend. I enjoyed the tour. We both enjoyed it. We saw a one bedroom and two bedroom.The layouts are very nice. I really like how the Kitchen-living room is are laid out. Very open feeling - instead of the usual claustrophobic inducing kitchens.t is a beautiful place. Beautiful theater. They did a really nice job throughout of decorating - love the small waterfall with live fish in the lobby. Thoughtful design everywhere.The food and dining area look great - three meals a day included. 7:30am - 7pm, Im pretty sure. Very impressed.The view out the patios off the apartments we saw was okay, not badFor me, the low point was the library. There is one. It did have some books in it and CDs (at least talking books). I was not impressed. If you move in here, and want a good library - Foothills Branch is about 4 miles away. Or use digital books. Shrug. Im super picky about librariesStaff seemed super friendly and helpful. Residents happy. Impressive, except the library and the outdoor views.

Living here is great. Staff is caring right down to smallest detail. They handle health care emergencies carefully and thoughtfully. Never a complaint from others living here. My hubby and I have a perfect unit, wheelchair accessible with roll in shower, two baths, kitchen, and our dog and 2 cats were welcomed with open arms. Outside dining, weekly happy hour! We love.living here.

Our mother recently moved to this facility and she couldnt be more thrilled. All the staff make her feel right at home and continue to help her settle into her new surroundings. Craig started it all with a great tour and overview of what the resort has to offer. The general manager, Jeff, immediately helped her get acquainted with folks and is always willing to help with everything. Ron (maintenance) and Melinda (front desk) are invaluable daily resources and she so enjoys her interactions with them. The weekly cleaning service (Crystal) is fantastic and friendly. She loves the communication with her fellow residents, feels safe, always mentions the quality of the (inclusive) food, and looks forward to the numerous daily activities. Thank you to this quality establishment!!

I 100 percent recommend Arrowhead Valley Retirement Resort. My mother moved here after recommendation of her loving family knowing she needed to be around other people her age with similar interests. She loved living here even knowing she had lived in her own home for 50 Years, which in itself says a lot. My mother unfortunately passed away a few months ago. The staff was so accommodating and sympathetic that touched the hearts of my entire family. The staff and the residents are extremely nice. They went above and beyond to help us during this difficult time. In recap, I definitely recommend this facility to anyone interested in moving to a senior living facility. Thank you staff and residents for making my mom feel at home and welcomed. She was very happy living here.
