Fantastic property staff is superb definitely recommend this Independent Living with great food and good service. They do have the availability of hiring a great Home Care team that you obviously pay separate but gives you many options. Penny is wonderful and she is the one of the managers. She is gone out of her way to help us many many times with my mother who we moved in there. Thank you to the whole team

The hallways are to cold. You need a sweater year round. The 1 bedroom apartments are comfortable in size. The food is cafeteria quality but something to meet most palates. My Patio is delightful. Most of the staff are very helpful. The dining room is beautiful. It is Located near to most needed facilities. The rent Is high. The residents are friendly and welcoming.

From the moment my family and I walked in, Pennie and her husband were extremely friendly. I noticed as we walked through the Facility, she knew every single person and their circumstances. I feel that's just what you do when you care about the people you work for. I never gave any thought to inclusive living until now. Didn't even know there was such an option. For senior citizens, It feels real good to know you don't have to worry about anything. Everything is right there that you'd ever need. Really enjoyed the tour. Thank you so much. Great Independent Living place! Friendly staff & residents all look out 4 each other! Great food! 3 meals/day with a pantry 4 late night snacks all Inclusive. Free room service, if not eating in dining room. Salon 4 women & men. Free cable, phone jacks, washer & dryer., replaced as needed. Alarm device 4 falls. Theatre, Library, & Peoria Library monthly. Lots of activities! General Store.P.T., O.T. Speech & memory Therapy thru emPOWERme. Endeavor 4 help in apt (extre charge). And SO much more!

Since the first time I stepped into Arrowhead Valley. It was nothing but smiles from the staff and Residents throughout. I have been in many communities, but arrowhead Valley always feels like you’re with family.

My Grandma lives here, and I stayed in her apartment with her, visiting for four nights. I really enjoyed my stay. Her apartment was nice, and had a balcony. All of the staff were amazing and friendly! The other residents were pretty friendly too. We bought meal passes, so I could eat with her, and the food was good. The community has game nights, movie nights, entertainment nights, and it's pretty fun. I really appreciate the staff being so friendly and helpful though, it makes me feel like my Grandma is in a good environment!

I have been a resident of Arrowhead Valley Retirement Resort since April. I am so happy I chose this place to live. Beautiful facility, nice people, friendly staff and wonderful management. All staff members appear to enjoy their jobs and I believe that is a direct reflection of management. A special shout out to Roni, lifestyle director, who plans many social activities and goes the extra mile to bring the community together. Her enthusiasm is contagious.

I just moved my mother into arrowhead resort. The place is absolutely beautiful inside. Everything is so nicely appointed. The food looks really good. They have plenty of activities all day long to keep you busy. The residents that live here are so friendly and helpful and made her transition easy. The units are large and nicely layed out. The managers are both very helpful and do a wonderful job. I would very much want to live here someday!

Our mother recently moved to this facility and she couldn't be more thrilled. All the staff make her feel right at home and continue to help her settle into her new surroundings. Craig started it all with a great tour and overview of what the resort has to offer. The general manager, Jeff, immediately helped her get acquainted with folks and is always willing to help with everything. Ron (maintenance) and Melinda (front desk) are invaluable daily resources and she so enjoys her interactions with them. The weekly cleaning service (Crystal) is fantastic and friendly. She loves the communication with her fellow residents, feels safe, always mentions the quality of the (inclusive) food, and looks forward to the numerous daily activities. Thank you to this quality establishment!!

Living here is great. Staff is caring right down to smallest detail. They handle health care emergencies carefully and thoughtfully. Never a complaint from others living here. My hubby and I have a perfect unit, wheelchair accessible with roll in shower, two baths, kitchen, and our dog and 2 cats were welcomed with open arms. Outside dining, weekly happy hour! We love.living here.
