Found this place for my mother. This is a great location for a reasonable price as we're on a fixed income. Would like to see a better option, maybe additional & covered, for the residents that smoke. They are on top of taking care and resolving the issues that come up in my mother's apartment.

My uncle came to my place on a whim and said let's go look at vintage at Mill Creek, he wanted me to look at a few places so I have an idea what I'm going to be looking at , for when I decide to make the big move. I was very impressed, the man who I believe his name is Gerti(I think that's how his first name is spelled) , was very nice and personable and helpful, he showed me and my uncle a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment, what I really liked was the balcony that every apartment had, this is definitely going to be put on the list for when I make the big move, I want to say thank you for showing me and my uncle around .

I don't know the maintenance mans name but showed me how easy it was to replace the lightbulb on the deck area I have delt with most if not all of the maintenance people and they are very professional and easy to talk to.

This is a Very Nice Community with Pleasant Staff on hand, which is nice when living here. They handle day to day maintenance requests quickly, & respectfully. Plus there are activities going on & celebration of birthdays each month & other activities that make it fun! Just recently there was a welcoming of Spring Party where they had Grab-n-go snacks’, Refreshing beverages & fun surprises for all residents who stopped by; & I, for one, was not disappointed! So, I recommend coming to live here and enjoy the atmosphere with the rest of us & make some new friends & Have a fun time where you live- - just outside your door!!! I've lived here 8 years. I've enjoyed being a resident and have many friends. My home was over stepped last week by demands out of the managers control. But I am kind of angry about it. Move my bed away from my bedroom windows, because its a violation of fire codes. I'm on the 4th floor. My beds a queen. No matter which direction its in, it will be in the way as far as I'm concerned. My plants are in my living room in front of the sliding glass door. I never really go out there , but if I do , I move my plant. My couch is in front of the heater. But I don't use it. My couch curves away from the heater. So I'm outta here next month. Bigger place. Less rules. Better view. Really loved this place. Too bad they went from $1431.00 8 years ago to $2041.00 next month. Good bye Vintage . Hello Ovation.

It gets so hot in the kitchen and bedroom during sunlight that it is almost unbarrible. I am forced to sit in my recliner with the fan on high and door open a little just to cope. I am dissabled so this issue is very difficult. Also the cardboard recycle bin is so far away and very difficult for me to carry cardboard when I'm in a mobility scooter! I wish they had recycle bins in the same place they have the bin to dump the garbage, please check into that. it would be nice to have that feature.‘‘

After 4 years of hosting monthly Saturdays' (from fall to spring) resident's monthly potluck at the Senior Center in this apartment complex, [name removed] from FPI corporate office put a halt on this residents' activities citing conflicting (pointing fingers) reasons. She even blocked my email address stopping me from communicating with FPI upper management. Residents of this community are devastated with her decision.

I do love living here, my apartment is great, wonderful new friends, friendly staff. My concern is with signing off on behavior when moving in but not a lot of consequences when those with bad behavior aren't dealt with. I'm hopeful that our wonderful director will keep addressing these issues as he has made attempts to handle.

My family visited your facility as a possible future home for me. They were very impressed with the facility and the friendliness of all those they interacted with. Move in was very easy, assisted with setting up Snohomish PUD. Upon walk through there appeared to be an issue with the toilet, maintenance came immediately to look at it. Maintenance Supervisor followed up with me that the plan is to order a new toilet but I could use the old one till it arrives.

I have been here almost 5 years. My experience has Been mostly satisfactory - they did take one of my suggestions which was nice but there are still concerns with rent increases that force residents out of their homes and leaving them with very few options for housing. Housing costs continue to rise and people, especially those 55 and older on fixed incomes shouldn’t have to,worry about being forced out on the streets

I've been here almost 7 years in March. I plan on staying till it's been 10 years at least. The hard part is the air in the apartments and hallways. It's dusty and dry. Everyone worries about the smell of cigarettes and Marijuana. Have they ever smelt their dogs? So I could smoke 3 miles away. Come home and you'd still smell the cigarette. Same as dog or cat owners. The dander from your animal is on your hair, hands, clothes, shoes,etc... you come into my home your bringing in something I'm allergic to. Not just cause it stinks, because I'm allergic! So even Steven. I quit smoking for 3 months. How about quit having a dog or a cat for a few months. Less picking up there poop. Or their pics on the carpets. Then having to smell strong perfume smells to cover it up.

The application process was a bit frustrating, but not due to the office personnel. In fact Christine and Gerty are the superstars who worked tirelessly to get me approved due to their dedication and professionalism. I hope this feedback helps management improve the process in the future. All in all, am very pleased and hopefully this will be my last move for now.

Ray, our maintenance guy was able to detect the problem under the kitchen sink immediately, and connected the disconnected pipe, and inspected and tightened all the other pipes. Ray is always professional and does his work fast and efficient.

This is my 2nd time moving to the Vintage at Mill Creek. After looking around I found this to be the best option for me at this time. I like the location and I really missed all my wonderful friends. Thanks to the office staff, David, Christine and Meange for making my move-in a pleasant one. They're doing a great job. Also thank you to Ray( maintenence person) for responding so quickly on two occasions to fix a problem. If I could ask for- or want- it would be a nice community room on the main floor where everyone could enjoy getting together. There's a great empty spot and has been empty since day one on the main floor. What do you think Corporate? Why not make it happen.

Facilities are very nice and maintained well. Managers in the past few years have been very good and the maintenance team exceptional. Current managers have gone out of their way to make living there an enjoyable experience. Without renting a garage space, parking is a problem.

I’ve lived here for four years. In my opinion the best place in the area as far as feeling safe, quality of apartment, subsidized, quiet, great office management, great maintenance department, very pleasant place to live! Unfortunately we live in a high rent area/state ( Seattle/ north west )

So far everything is great! Clean, quiet and very friendly staff and neighbors. The elevator went down after my $325 trip to the store, but the stair climbing did me good! The 40 pound dogfood waited on my truck...

If I could, I would leave no stars but that is not available here. Vintage staff leave something to be desired. I moved out and gave notice according to Washington State law and all was in order. After not hearing from Vintage for over a month regarding my deposit refund I sent an email to the property manager Deanna M. I received an answer from her indicating that they had sent me a notice and after explaining that I didn't receive it she sent me an email with the invoice. The name was spelled incorrectly and my new address was incorrect. 2 days later I received the actual invoice with an attached "return to sender, insufficient address" label attached to it from the US Postal service. The letter I received had already been referred to a collection agency for non-payment of fees supposedly due for repairs. The apartment was in good order when I left, the carpet had been covered with an area rug for 3 years so it was not soiled. There was a charge to patch holes in the wall which was for a towel rack in the bathroom that I was cleared to put in by the previous property manager. Bottom line, you do not want to deal with dishonest, greedy management at FPI. The turnover in the office is ongoing each month, you never speak to the same individual twice except for Deanna M, the leasing manager. My vehicle was broken into and a work notepad was stolen for which I filed a police report, Deanna told me that she would follow up with me after viewing the security footage but never did. The police department confirmed for me that the quality of the cameras was poor as he had had seen the footage in past reports. After 3 years of paying my rent on time and following all the rules, I would/could not recommend The Vintage at Mill Creek.
