Hello everyone I’m posting my mom’s review on The Album Monterey Pointe. These are her words: This my first 55&up community that I have ever moved into and the album monterey pointe made it feel like home immediately. The residents, their smiles and hello’s were heartwarming to me and my children. The management team was exceptional, comforting, dedicated and supportive about my decision to live here. I must thank my children for finding such wonderful people and for encouraging me that this is the place for me. I’m grateful for everything.

This is an amazing 55+ active apartment community. The staff is caring, compassionate, and very involved with the residents on a daily basis and just exceptional overall. Michaela and Sonia are both very professional and caring in what they do. The residents here are all caring towards each other and the energy level is very positive.

Doretha Adams is an exceptional woman. She took me on an amazing tour, and I absolutely loved it. I can’t wait to move here from New York in April. She has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about the property. She’s always smiling, her laughter is contagious, and she knows everyone by name. Most importantly, she truly cares about seniors. This is the place to be I can’t wait to move to Florida!

My first vist was in August 2025 and Nelda gave me and my daughter a tour guide. She is such a beautiful, professional, funny, sweet, kind, spiritual person/manager, it was my birthday and she sent me a birthday card when I got back home. I made another trip in November and spent 1 night at the community and Nelda was her sweet self and then also Dee the assistant prop manager was also helful,sweet,kind, professional, beautiful. I love these ladies and the tenants was so friendly and kind. It is a family oriented community. I pray once i sell my home next year.that I will become a part of the family. Wishing all of them a Happy Thanksgiving. Love you all

Last Saturday afternoon, Nilda toured my daughter as she had me on FaceTime to show us around my new home. {smile} Nilda was very welcoming and I genuinely felt a kindred connection to her! She was fun and patient, she gave us all the time we wanted, answering my many questions, and she was simply a joy! I look so forward to life there with my new neighbors and with the wonderful staff, many of both whom I feel will become new friends! My experience at Monterey for the past year has been a good experience the building is well kept quiet I wish they would have a few more branches maybe have a section in the parking lot to wash your car the office personnel is very professional and receptive they used to have popcorn in the lobby sometimes I wish they would bring that back and also a few more snacks would be great overall I have had a great experience here at Monterey.

AMP is a great place to live. I have been a resident here for sometime and I wouldn’t change it unless I invest to buy.. my neighbors are wonderful and caring. It’s clean and quiet. I suggest if you can move on the 4th floor. The apartments are spaces and modern design. Located near shopping, entertainment, doctors. Monterey has activities and events provided for seniors.

Love it here! Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing! Much less traffic noise than you would think. Property is very well maintained. Shirt distance to everything you might need. Excellent restaurants too. Bonefish is my personal favorite .

I joined this community three months after it opened. I've met so many great people but, I'm especially happy that I met a friend that is so special to me. Many of the events are okay and some are fabulous. Brunches, happy hours, and more. My favorite so far was the pool party. That event brought residents out of their apartments for maybe the first time. EVERYONE had a blast and danced spent time in the pool. It was amazing. Can't wait to experience that again!

The place is excellent if you live in the upper floor, where you wont hear your neighbor walking all night long. It sounds like a horse walking on top of your head all night long.
