I was warming coffee in the microwave one morning this week. There was a brief flash, and the microwave stopped working. I submitted a maintenance request immediately, and I received a message that maintenance would check it out replace, if necessary. They came that afternoon and replaced it. I was very pleased with the response time, and the unit is working perfectly.

I have been a resident of Oakridge Crossing since 12/2018. From the beginning of the vetting process to lease signing, Brooke was so helpful in answering my questions great & small. I have had 2 service issues, in my time here, & they have been addressed promptly on the same day as submitting. I am so grateful that I found an amazing residence with extremely wonderful staff.

Broken water heater response was slow but partly my fault. Once the lead technician got here two days later they did a tremendous job diagnosing and replacing the heater in a few hours. The techs worked well together Dishwasher failed. After some supply chain delay issues, it was promptly and expertly replaced. Kenny is a really good technician. Great follow through and communication. Update: screen door was out of rollers and bent. Sliding glass door did not lock properly. Brooke was on it quickly and replaced screen door and fixed lock. Highly responsive with good communication! Good work!

Brittany and Lauren are thoughtful, responsive and friendly. I lived on the 3rd floor facing west and had a fabulous view of the mountains! Easy living there if you remember its affordable housing. Clean and energy efficient apartments! I got a dog and decided a needed more room.

Lauren and Brooke were really helpful getting me set up with an apartment. Lauren helped me navigate the mountain of paperwork, took me around and showed me where to find everything, set me up with a storage unit, and even loaned me a cart and had pads put in the elevator to make my move easier. The little things like that make a resident feel valued. Great service and move- in experience.

Very nice and clean complex. On-site management gave an excellent presentation of the property and explained everything. Brooke, Lauren, and Keith have been very attentive and helpful with the lease signing, my move in and have answered all my questions professionally. I have also met some very nice folks here.

Cannot write enough good things about this place. My family has been looking for senior housing for my grandma and have been having a difficult time, especially during the pandemic. I almost didnt even go because I was so tired of the let down. The staff was super knowledgeable and welcoming and made the application process super easy, even during the pandemic. The property is an absolute gem and would make a great place to call home. The property is well maintained beyond expectations.

With the scarcity of available housing for seniors in Fort Collins, this is a coup to have the opportunity of this beautiful housing development! The developers have done an amazing job of trying to adjust their plans, accommodate issues of neighbors, and still plan for a beautiful, living area for seniors. This is a no-brainer! I hope the Planning and Zoning Board will give it 10 stars!!! Kudos to McDermott and Comcap!
