I toured the facility and had a great experience. Marivic was welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us an excellent tour. Everyone we met on the team was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The community is beautiful and has a caring, inviting atmosphere with modern facilities and amenities. I look forward to working with Marivic and the team, and I highly recommend Red Rock Pointe to anyone considering senior living in Las Vegas.

This is only the second time I have been here to visit my Mom since her arrival at the end of June 25 but both times I have been amazed with the staff here! On this visit, 20 minutes after my arrival, my mom fell back onto the toilet and broke the reservoir! Water was everywhere even though I was in there instantly to turn the water off! I called downstairs and let Bambi at the front desk know. By the time we returned from dinner, the new managers Penny and Don had the toilet replaced and all was well! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make everyone welcome. Thank you and special shout outs for Jeff at the front desk, Vonn, Dean, Stephanie and Yvonne in the kitchen and dining room! They are all special angels that I am so thankful are part of a team that takes care of my mom and so many other guests here! -Emily Peak Whitehead

My mother moved into Red Rock when the property first opened. She was eager to engage in the activities while maintaining her independence. Over her five years at Red Rock, management went through a number of changes, with the final team in March 2024 being among the most difficult to deal with. Original documents were lost by management and commitments for improvements and accommodations were not respected. Caregiver responsibilities were made much more difficult (and thereby more expensive for us) because of controls they put in place. Room service was spotty and dietary requests ignored with food frequently arriving cold. The property is very lovely but table service was largely replaced by cafeteria style service which was very difficult for my mother (the servers were very happy to assist, but table service disappeared in COVID and didn't re-appear as a daily service). The shuttle was frequently out-of-service, often for weeks at a time. No accommodations seemed apparent. There were many staff workers who were wonderful and provided attentive services. But, the last management team we dealt with was cold and difficult. Our final months were fraught with feigned care and bureaucratic indifference.

5 stars! My mom loves it and so do I. The residents are happy, it’s clean and friendly. Everyone is extremely well taken care of. Outstanding team that truly connects with the residents. Of course anything can be picked apart, but there is no way I’d give Red Rock Pointe 4 stars because 80% doesn’t do it justice. There is nothing to complain about here, it’s fantastic and I greatly appreciate everything they do. I JUST NOTICED THAT EVERY BAD REVIEW IS OVER 4 YEARS OLD. Glenn & Elizabeth are fantastic leaders and warm, caring people. I like them A LOT and I haven’t come across a single bad attitude from any staff member ever. I think that’s important to know. ™

We have been residents of this RLC for nearly 3 years and we love living here. The managers, activities director, concierge personnel and all of the other staff members are excellent. We feel very fortunate to be living here. This is a very well run community. We are very comfortable with this wonderful lifestyle.

Fantastic place with wonderful people. Mom made many friends here and enjoyed the plentiful activities, including field trips, banquets, and exercise classes. In getting to know other grown children of residents, I can advise the consensus is that Red Rock Pointe exceeds expectations again and again. Everyone looked out for both Mom and her dog, which gave great peace of mind. Managers Elizabeth and Glenn set the tone for a warm, welcoming environment. John the Activities Director is always creating amazing fun and laughter with the sweetest sincerity. Bonnie was housekeeper for Mom’s apartment but also entertained Mom’s dog at times and kept a close eye on Mom without being intrusive. So many blessings. When Mom relocated, Glenn made a point of advising they would welcome her back any time. Total class!

My grandmother greatly enjoyed her time at Red Rock Pointe. Coming from another state where she lived her entire life after the passing of my grandpa, and knowing no one, she made fast friends and felt comfortable in her new apartment. The facility is super clean and the staff have all been so wonderful to my grandma. I've always felt like she was safe here which eased my worries. It's great because it still gives seniors a sense of independence, but has built-in activities and assistance when needed. I'd highly recommend Red Rock Pointe for anyone looking to move their loved one into a retirement home in Las Vegas.

Red Rock Pointe is a great retirement community. The food is fantastic. The staff is wonderful and will go out of their way to assist the residents. Plus, the apartments are very affordable, with cleaning included in the price.

We have lived here here for 3 years now. Love the apartment layout. Employees that have stayed through out the years are very professional. Extremely disappointed in our quality of food! Brunch used to be nice but since Thanksgiving it has not been worth staying for it. Lunch is just horrible no one is cooking its sandwiches and egg salad. Not worth the new prices that just went into effect. We had hoped for better quality with prices rising, no such luck so far. Fruit is scarce and comes in non edible. We have asked for cameras to be put in for protection but have had no response from RLC headquarters. Hoping for better things coming out of our kitchen.

Red Rock Pointe is a beautiful community. My mom moved in this year and she couldn't be happier. Her apartment is huge with a full kitchen! There is new management, they are awesome. The staff is very polite and professional. The meals are great. She gets weekly housekeeping and lots of new friends to discover. Our family couldn't be happier with her living there and we love to hang out with her during Sunday brunch! Best independent living community in Las Vegas!

Management cares about residents? Really? Elevators in establishment are down for a month with no maintenance calls to repair so the seniors can get on with their daily routines . One elevator working per floor, is that an OSHA violation? Management not consistent with food quality. Residents not getting feedback from management regarding ongoing issues. Treat your resident seniors with respect, they are paying this resort a lot of income to remain open & viable!

When we first contacted Red Rock Pointe and were given information on the property, the meals, and the activities, it seemed that it was a no-brainer to accept the opportunity to transfer to this property. After several months of trying to accept the difference between what we were "promised" and what is actually occurring at Red Rock, we are disappointed. The food is always Buffett style, not a major problem unless you have issues with walking or movement. The quality of the food is Denny's, or similar, and the willingness of the staff to do any special orders is almost nonexistent. We have asked management and the main office in Kansas to get involved, but they do not appear interested. Phone calls and emails have been sent without any reply. It is with great frustration that this review is written; after many attempts to solve these issues, it has not been addressed satisfactorily. Even the social activities are lacking and almost nonexistent. A lot of residents have expressed these issues to local and Kansas management over the past several months, but their answer has been "COVID". Yes, that has been an issue, but the food quality and the lack of response is not a Covid issue.

I was spoiled! It was going to be difficult and painful to sell my beautiful home in Sun City Summerlin! All that worry for nothing! This 2-bedroom apartment fits! Intelligent design-plenty of closets and cupboards. We're in the "right" place! Great selection of activities. Transportation to doctors appointments and shopping! People with a "serving heart" work here! New wonderful friends who share our gratitude for our new lives. No mistake made. 2.5 years and we're definitely "home" here at Red Rock Pointe

TOURING THE FACILITY, WALKED THROUGH A LARGE DINING AND BREAKFAST EATING AREA, WELL DECORATED. THERE WAS AN IMPRESSIVE KITCHEN, SET UP FOR BUFFET STYLE SERVING AND A SEPARATE SALAD BAR. SELF SERVE CAPPUCCINO MACHINE WITH VARIETY OF BEVERAGES. LO CAL FOUNTAIN DRINKS. WE ENTERED A COZY LARGE LOUNGE WITH A STONE FIREPLACE, READY FOR GAMES AND FRIENDLY HAPPY HOURS. THROUGH DOUBLE DOORS, WE PASSED A POPCORN MACHINE, AS WE ENTERED IN TO A LARGE IMPRESSIVE THEATER. WALL TO WALL STAGE AND MOVIE SCREEN. SEATING TO WELL OVER 100 PEOPLE, ON UPHOLSTERED COUCHES AND CHAIRS. WE HAVE WATCHED MANY FILMS, LIVE ENTERTAINMENT, AND WEEKLY RELIGIOUS SERVICES ,TO CHRISTIAN AND JEWISH FAITH. THE COMPLEX HAVE 2 ELEVATORS, A WELL STACKED LIBRARY. BILLIARD, PING PONG AND SEVERAL GAME ROOMS. HAIR AND NAIL SALOON, A PHARMACY, AND A LARGE LAUNDRY ROOM, FOR PEOPLE DID NOT CHOOSE TO HAVE THEIR OWN BUILT IN WASHERS AND DRYERS. IN OUR FULLY EQUIPPED EXERCISE ROOM, WE ATTEND SEVEN 1 HOUR EXERCISE CLASS EVERY WEEK. LED BY PROFESSIONAL STAFF. GOING TO OUR APARTMENT THROUGH A WIDE WELL DECORATED HALLWAY, WE NOTICED RAILS ON BOTH SIDE FOR OUR SAFETY. OUR APARTMENT IS ABOUT 1,030 SQUARE FEET. 2 BEDROOM, ONE WITH A GOOD SIZE WALKIN CLOSET AND SAFE. 2 FULL BATH WIH BUILT IN WASHER AND DRYER. A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH MANY CABINETS. A LIVING ROOM, OPENING TO A NICE SIZE PATIO. MY WIFE AND I LOOKED AT EACH OTHER AND SMILINGLY REMARKED: IT IS LIKE BEING ON A CRUISE SHIP, AND COMING BACK TO A SUITE INSTEAD OF A SMALL CABIN! Warm and inviting atmosphere. Clean. Friendly and cheerful staff. I had the opportunity of strolling down Main Street where there was a movie theatre, hair salon, gift shop, and more. The dining area looked amazing and so did the food. I would highly recommend checking out this luxurious community!

We have lived here at Red Rock Pointe for over 20 months and are very happy with the facility, the staff, and the value. I have also referred five friends to Red Rock Pointe and they are also happy to be living here. In reading the other reviews I noted that a few folks have an ax to grind and took license with the truth. Scorpions? Never heard of that here. Evictions? haven't heard of that either. No large deposit is required like most of the upscale competitors. And there is no lease required. I have visited three "sister" communities (of RLC) in Ohio, Arizona, and Maine and we were not charge anything for a total of 11 nights. While there I talked with many of the residents and I have to say they all said they were happy to be living there.

My mother and I were invited here for brunch to visit the facility and see if it would be a good fit. They two bedroom two bath and is very expensive and over 4,000 and they take no housing vouchers here. Should that change her mother and I will definitely move there. It's beautiful and extremely clean.

The best independent living in town with reasonable prices! A shout out to the team (Sam, Carrie, Gary and Meredith) for truly taking care of the residents. They know each resident's name by heart and even knows their daily routine!
