This place is ran terribly, most apartments don't have cable, and they still charge the full amount for rent, the grounds and dumpster area look a hot mess, management never inform the residents on anything, we always got to go to the office just to hear the same old story about (they working on it). My advice to anyone who's thinking about moving here, DON'T DO IT.

I like living here, I would like it better if my Wi-Fi was working, it's been down for 4 months. It's included in the rent. Wi-Fi is getting so bad, no music, no tv. The front office is very nice, and has aways fixed thing right away yet this broken Wi-Fi is got me starring at a blank wall. hopefully it will get fixed soon. thanks

Believe me when I say I Love Peach Stone. It's like my hometown except everyone has aged a bit since we were kids. Some have aged poorly and endlessly remind me of their struggles to which I nood and smile and do my best empathetic. If I think a neighborhood nutjob is the biggest fool in the world I just bat my eyes a few times and a bigger more robust fool appears.

Since this new management team came on board, things have gone really really well. They have a great attitude, are very responsive and helpful. There have been also steady upgrades over the last couple years. I've had no issue with varmints. I can't tell you the last time I even saw a roach.

I live here and it is one of the best places I ever lived in my life. You have the privacy of your own room, and a bathroom. You share living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room, with your roommate. I get along with all my roommates we keep the house clean we share food you do not take any food without asking we all get along I pray for this place and my heavenly father answered my prayers and gave me money I would recommend this place to anybody anytime very affordable keep the neighborhood clean you have a problem they will address it I'm loving it my name is Harold Wilson.

My son has lived there for the past two years. He really likes it. Whenever I visit his roommates are always very respectful. The unit is well kept. The grounds are clean. I also love that it is well lit at night. The office personnel are always nice and professional.

I used to drive for Medicaid transportation and I reported people back and forth to the doctor's appointments and I have seen a lot of stuff that goes on in nursing homes and other things but to my nature I don't know what's going on behind closed doors but it seemed like a very nice place but whatever you see going on it actually don't happen like that
