RACIST PLACE! Toxic management and staff. Once they get you in here they ignore you and treat you badly! Clickish to the 10th power! My husband and i have experienced nothing but harrassment ever since we moved in 2 years ago. We are sick and stay in our apartment. We stay to ourselves. Most people don't even know what we look like and yet they harrass us in front of our Ring doorbell camera just about every day. They have no fear of the camera! I have EVERYTHING on video and the management still ignores it! Have had to call the police on numerous occasions. Other minorities say they come out very little due to tha racial profiling. Mean, vicious, gossiping alcoholics galore. Maintenance will not fix anything. If you complain your are automatically accused of having dementia. We were harrassed about our sports cars. People asking if we were stealing them. Asking where we were getting that kind of money to afford them. Touching our cars and setting alarms off. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS H HOLE!

As a former resident, I would say choose your unit wisely in terms of location. High traffic area. What do you look at when you try to enjoy your balcony. Unresponsive management.

This is a beautiful property with wonderful staff that cares about the community and is attentive to everyone's needs. They have wonderful residents too!

I love it here. Moved here in March. The Activities Director is amazing. The people are nice. No one should be bored here. You can see the monthly calendar on line. When the time comes to downsize I highly recommend this place.

Management/maintenance toxic. They support cliques, aggressiveness, territorial behavior over kindness and caring. Lots of alcohol, gambling addictive behaviors. Do not live here.

Merritt Heritage senior village is a nice place to live in Georgetown area. Location is in the perfect spot. The area around is very clean.. I met few senior residents walking by and they all are very nice people. There is dog park behind the building which is great place for residents who have dog •.

I'm only reviewing this because Google asked me if this place still existed. I happened to be in the area and so I drove through The village, which are actually just Apartments. And I confirm that this place does exist. From the outside of the apartments look nice and modern. Air is clean and seems to be plenty of parking. I see some of the residents have decorated their porch area. Overall from the outside it seems like a very nice place to live.

I am in the process of searching for an affordable senior housing for my parents . Today I visited Merritt Heritage Senior Village and was truly amazed by it. The territory is clean and inviting, the amenities of the community are luxurious, the apartment model I saw was spacious, comfortable and well organized. Overall, great experience. Also would like to thank Sandra for giving me the tour of the place , her professionalism and superb customer service .

Exterior of the building is a bit austere but the interior is very bright and modern. The apartments are splendid, bright and pretty spacious. Plenty of activities are available, both active and sedentary. Apartments range from studios to 2 bed/2 bath casitas. Minimum age for residency is 62. All the usual facilities: pool, dog park, fitness center, library, computer room, game and craft rooms, movie theater. Also bocce ball and putt-putt areas. Transport to various supermarkets available. A very nice place to live.
