A special shout out to Andria Moorhead. We recently moved a family member to a different unit at The Lodge. Moving is always challenging, even when it's a much anticipated event. Moving is hard on everyone physically, emotionally, and financially. Thankfully, Andria was there for us every step of the way. She listened closely, made every effort to understand our concerns, and tried to compromise with my elder in a win-win manner. Andria verbalizes AND demonstrates a commitment to enriching the life of Balfour residents and supporting residents and families during stressful times.
