My parents are moving to The Woodlands to be near me and my family and they want one place they can transition to what their needs dictate as they get older. I moved in Nov. 2019 . My husband and I love living here. The very friendly staff is top notch at seeing to our every need. The job they've done at keeping us safe and engaged during Covid has been amazing. It's a great time in our life to meet new friends and start new adventures.

Mama loves her new life a Watermere! A resident for abt 1.5 years now. Friendly staff that know mom by name, they truly care about her from the waitresses to the administrators to the housekeepers to the maintenance staff. Antwon is so attentive to mom’s requests, he’s so kind & mannerly. Mom has made so many resident friends. She enjoys swim class, aerobics class, drum class, in-house physical therapy & so much more. FREE shuttle service takes residents grocery shopping on M&F, field trips to fun places on W, doctor appointments on T&Th. Watermere exceeds our expectations in many ways!

I've been at Watermere for just over a year; it was the perfect move for me. Watermere offers so many amenities: wonderful food, exercise, crafts, cards and games. I have lived at The Reserve since Jan, 2023. Recently, I wanted to move to a different size apartment. I had gone to the office to ask something, and was asked, "is there is anything else"...I said no, very slowly and my brain starting saying, "what about the apartment change?" In a little while, she asked me again? I said Yes, and explained my situation. Two agents started helping me right away, finding what I was looking for, and showing me the model, then showing me the available unit!! I immediately knew that was what I wanted...it all fell into place, just that!I am very excited and happy and thankful!!!

We have been here nearly two years. It is a wonderful place to live. Claudia and her staff are very professional and do a fantastic job! Food is excellent and Chef and his crew do a great job. We will be here until God calls us to Heaven.

I’ve lived in Watermere at Woodland Lakes for over three and a half years. I love living here. The people are so friendly and there’s always things to do, whether it’s playing cards or swimming in the heated pool. There’s a great exercise room and also classes, plus a dance class and a craft class. There’s three meals a day, if you desire, or you may cook in your room. We have movies three nights a week and also church is available on Sunday mornings. We have happy hour every Wednesday evening and a special celebration at Happy Hour on the last Wednesday. Come see us. You’ll love it!

I very carelessly dropped my complete set of keys, with car fob, down our elevator shaft from the 3rd floor all the way to the elevator well at the bottom. The maintenance crew led by Mainenance Director Cedric Alexander went 'above and beyond' to rescue the keys AND fob which was an excellent job and in line with the skill that Cedric and his crew do without much thanks.

My Mom has been at Watermere for almost three years. We absolutely love it because SHE loves it! The staff is wonderful, the building is always pristine, the amenities are wonderful...but the best part for mom are the other residents! She loves... Loves ...LOVES...her neighbors. Watermere was beautiful, except I forgot to ask to see the lake. Jenna was very nice and informative. The only downside to living there that I could see was the food credits. The food was amazing, and if I did live there, I would like to know that I could eat at least one meal per day without having to ask for more credits. Overall, the experience was positive. Thank you, Jenna, for being a good host.

Marissa was courteous and well informed. She explained the somewhat unique organization and programs at Watermere. This is a great place for retirement. The staff was friendly and patient. Especially when my mother developed dementia after moving there. It was such a relief when my sister and I found that our hopes and expectations for a place for our father were met by the staff at Watermere. Jenna, Adrienne and Sheila have gone way above and beyond the call of duty, not only to meet my dad's specific personal needs, but to reassure myself and my sister about all aspects of his residency. They have made a specific effort to keep us informed as to what activities, dining solutions, etc might work best for him. It has been a surprisingly pleasant experience for all of us! I was expecting this to be quite difficult, and thanks to these ladies, it has been easy, and smooth, and peaceful. Thanks to you all!

My mother has been living at The Watermere at Woodland Lakes for 8 months and loves it. The staff is to be commended for the care of it's residents and the facility. We looked at several facilities before choosing The Watermere and couldn't be happier. They work with the family members to make sure all goes well for the family member who is the resident . The facility is exceptionally clean and well kept. It is a very safe environment. For those residents that no longer drive they have a bus which takes them to the grocery store, Dr. appointments, Walmart and field trips. There are many activities which the residents can participate in and they can socialize with one another in one of many common areas including where the meals are served. If you are considering a place for yourself or your loved one look no further. Go to The Watermere at Woodland Lakes and see for yourself. I highly recommend this beautiful facility.

My life has always revolved around worship service, Sunday school, Bible study, and choir. I have all of that at Watermere and so much more. We have a wonderful, large INDOOR POOL. It's my favorite place to exercise. In addition, there is a great gym, many games too numerous to mention. A great library -- I read a lot! We have a spa for hair styling, mani/pedi. We even have an excellent massage therapist. I have made many friends. It's delightful to always have someone to talk to. The staff is ready to help with any questions. When I showed my son around Watermere, he said, "This is like living on a cruise ship!" And so it is.

My Mom & her friend are both having a fabulous time at Watermere at Woodland Lakes. They have made terrific friends, enjoyed trips on the van, and take part in some of the social activities. Their 2bed/2bath apartment is the perfect size and it is very charming. They wish they had moved in when it opened, instead of last year. The staff is friendly & helpful! We looked at every place in the area and this is by far the best you will find!!!!! You can feel good about moving a parent or treasured one to Watermere at Woodland Lake in Conroe (just north of The Woodlands.)

I made an appointment for my mom and her husband to meet with Jenna and she was a complete delight! Professional, patient and friendly. The community is absolutely beautiful, floor plans and interior appointments modern. We had the opportunity to meet a few of the residents who all were so friendly and spoke so highly of the community. The only thing a little confusion is their meal plans but other than that a 5 star community!

It has been a joy to meet our new neighbors and know the security of friends we can call on no matter the time of day or night if needed. We have truly become an extended family. Since I am an ordained minister, I have been leading Sunday Christian worship services each week”I am particularly blessed by the support that the Watermere staff members have given our congregation whenever we have asked for something to meet the needs of our aging congregation. All the Watermere staff members are eager to support residents in any way possible: they are kind and generous in spirit, making life here as uncomplicated as possible”they have been especially cognizant of our welfare during the recent pandemic and continue to monitor our residence so that our health and well-being are top priorities.

My father lived here until he required Memory Care. The facility is beautiful, in a great location, and the staff (especially Mike, who was a God send!) were wonderful. Toward the end my dad became a handful but they remained very patient and caring. I would highly recommend!!
