Let me start with the staff , they are amazing ! Natalie is one of the sweetest most caring people we have ever met . She looks after all of the residents and you can tell they just love her to pieces . Everyone we have encountered here has been so nice and helpful from the dining room staff , bus driver and front desk .The residents are so sweet and you can tell they genuinely have a good time . They have so many activities and great food to keep everyone happy .

My wife and I moved into Park Creek in July 2024. The residents and staff have been very friendly and accommodating in welcoming us as part of the family. The staff works hard to ensure things run smoothly and they provide an abundance of services and activities for aii residents who wish to participate. The dining room is always clean and comfortable and the serving staff seems to enjoy interacting with the residents and making each person feel important. I acknowledge two of the "old timers" on the serving staff, MIMI and KEN, who have a knack for making us feel special, and recognizing QUI and CARLA as relative newcomers doing an excellent job.

Park Creek IL is such a pretty place, tucked away on a quiet street. The Atmosphere is fun and welcoming, with a pool that makes you just want to dive in and float for hours. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful features from the kitchen to the bathroom. On top of that, the staff is friendly and helpful. A wonderful place all around! MDF

Park Creek is an incredibly run, family friendly senior independent living community! My mom has lived here for 3 years and from Karen who greets you when you come in, to Natalie, Juana, Cynthia, and all the support staff to M’Toki, the director, it had been the exact same staff since mom moved in. That is unheard of these days and says so much about how they care for their residents! The activities, on and off site, are fun and the residents all participate. The apartments themselves are nicely appointed with weekly cleaning services included. I highly recommend Park Creek Independent Living Facility.

Our time at Park Creek Active Retirement Comunity has been exceptional! We have been here for three years now and are extremely happy with the community and especially the personnel. There has been minimal turnover of employees since we got here. That speaks to the excellence of the management and the dedication of the employees! Matoki’s staff are happy, kind to the residents and terrific at their jobs! Everything we were told at our initiation has been 100% spot on. The management really gets to know the residents and their families and are extremely friendly to all!! We are very happy with our decision to move to this community! We couldn’t ask for anything more!!

Friendly, that is the way I describe Park Creek. Fun, Activities galore. Games, weekly outside entertainment Book club, Gardening , Prayer group and more. Happy Hour three days a week. We have a new chef, He is introducing us to new recipes and foods! Bus rides to Doctor’s offices; grocery stores and other commercial shopping. Also outside dining can be arranged as well as performances such as concerts , plays .,opera’s and etc. We have the best on-site therapy department in Harris County! . Pleasant staff members. “Pain but gain!” Come to Park Creek to meet friendly and have fun.

My father has lived at Park Creek for over 2 years. I can't say enough nice things about his new home! The family nights and other events are such a pleasure to attend. The residents are very happy, friendly and always up for interesting conversation. The staff is absolutely incredible to say the least! The fact that their hearts are all in to their work is clearly demonstrated every single time I enter the facility. Thank you Park Creek for providing my father with such a wonderful place to call home!
