I lived at Knoxville High for 14 months and absolutely loved it! It is mostly grad students and young professionals and is very quiet. The apartments have high ceilings and big windows, allowing lots of natural light. Maintenance is great, and Amy, the leasing manager is wonderful! The building is kept extremely clean at all times. The location is great and a 10-15 minute walk to market square. There are tons of breweries around as well. I highly recommend living here.

I am a resident of Knox high Senior living. Last week we were notified by a letter that they would stop serving dinner. Just breakfast and lunch no dinner any days. Then we were that they were rethinking that and going to come up with a solution that satisfied everybody. Wrong their solution was to close this facility as of October 15th and serve no more dinners no more housekeeping no more anything. Most of the people here are not capable of getting groceries by .themselves are cooking or other things they moved here because they were promised meals and other things all which are going to cease

My granddad moved in last month, came to visit him this weekend. Couldn’t believe this place. The building was beautiful and the food was delicious. Granddad has never been happier. If you need a high class senior place this is the best my family found snd we are super picky.

My mohter, daughter (24) and I toured Knoxville High while looking for an independent living home for mom. This has a luxury downtown condo feel and look. The decor is gorgeous with wide hallways, stunning ceilings and windows, and beautiful exposed brick walls. The full kitchen and washer/dryer combos are a rarity and we found the pricing to be quite reasonable for everything included. My daughter and I agreed we would live there in a heartbeat - I hope it is still around when I am ready.

Visited Knoxville high senior living this weekend and was very impressed with this historic place . I will recommend living here to anyone that loves historical down town Knoxville. The stuff makes you feel like you belong here

The staff, Kim, Vicky, Ashley, and Alofa are always so nice and eager to help! From the first tour of the facilities, they treated me like I was their only guest and took lots of time to make me feel valued and welcome. Amazing staff and a wonderful place to call home.

Wonderfully restored building. Only 80 apartments available, studio, 1 BR, 2 BR. No two are alike, every classroom was turned into an apartment. Independent senior living at its finest!
