They do not have a heated aquatic swimming pool indoors as they claim in their advertisement nor does, I have physical therapy in the pool. I have been here for almost a year and they keep telling me the same thing they’re working on it and what it boils down to is they don’t wanna spend the money on the maintenance so they’re misleading everybody to think that the pool is heated. It’s cold and it’s dirty.

Family member just moved out - Many issues: small animals in kitchen vent in other apts, mold in A/C (cleaning promised but not done), pool promised but not usable for nearly 3 years, housekeeping services promised but unreliable. VERY unprofessional administrative staff on numerous occasions. Would NOT recommend to anyone.,

Very unhappy with the place. The director, [name removed], scream at the residents, they stopped offering transportation unless you pay 50.00 a trip. They quality and portions of the meals are getting smaller and not tasty. They advertise housekeeping but that doesn't happen. Based on multiple resident complaints. They are also starting to accept people who are not appropriate for independent living. I am getting my family member out of there and encourage people not to put your loved one in there.

My grandma likes it here. The staff has always been pleasant to us. I hear the food is ehh but you can't win them all. If she's happy then thats all that matters.

My mom was nervous about moving from her apartment in the city. We met with James Leon, Director of Leasing. She said he was very nice and so easy to talk to, I totally agree, and now she's excited and cannot wait to move in! James is professional and at the same time a very thoughtful person. He gave us a great introduction to Ashbridge Manor, along with a thorough tour and we selected Ashbridge because it felt right. We were looking for a place that was warm and homey with many activities to offer. Additional assistance is available to residents if needed, that's a big plus. The facilities look well cared for, the location is excellent and my sisters and I will feel peace of mind that our mom is moving to a safe and happy new home on moving day. I look forward to writing an update once she is a resident!

The residents are friendly, specially the staff. Clean and wonderful garden at the back of the facility, some are planted by the residents and they take care of their garden.
