I am trying not to hurt the homeowners, investors, or the employees here. When I first moved here three years ago we were required to have a spare key in the office. Twice this year a part time front desk clerk entered my unit without permission. I was told she was fired. She still works here. I had to have my front door entry changed to one that requires a key code. I would not recommend moving here at this time.

Quiet, safe area within walking distance to restaurants and preforming arts. Good social events, friendly residents and staff. HOA's are high, but include your apartment cleaning, linen and towel laundry, electricity and water, exterior maintenance, yummy breakfast & dinner, etc. Great for ages 50 and up!
