I visited recently and was amazed at the quality and cleanliness of the facility. Erick was very warm and receptive to my needs. The units were very beautiful. The activities list was very lengthy. There's at least 6-7 activities events everyday

This facility is amazing. Erika was extremely helpful and made the transition for my sister easy. They have field trips and tons of activities to keep the residents busy and happy. The atmosphere is upbeat and all the staff are very kind. My sister loves it here and I am so grateful to the entire staff. I highly recommend them.

I had the opportunity to recently visit this community and found the staff here to be very welcoming and pleasant! Great environment to be apart of with activities and guests who visit often. The courtyard alone is worth the visit!

This has been a wonderful place for my dad. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are a lot of different activities to accommodate diverse tastes and needs. When my stepmother passed away while living there, one of the staff members sat with my dad until I could get there. It is such a supportive community.

Sandia Vista has been a miracle for our family. The staff is wonderful, especially Erica who made the moving in process easy and pleasant, and has followed up daily to make sure that mom is comfortable. The prices are surprisingly affordable considering that it’s like an all-inclusive cruise ship experience, with 24-hour maintenance on site. At 87, it wasn’t safe for mom to live on her own. She is now in a safe, friendly, clean place that provides three meals a day, plus unlimited snacks, tea, etc.; a wide variety of exercise and social activities every day and evening; weekly shopping, transportation to doctor appointments””everything she needs. Laundry and beauty parlor are on site. Many other residents came forward to introduce themselves and welcome mom. I am very impressed at how inclusive, upbeat, and loving this community is. The atmosphere reminds me of a college dorm where people are interested in making friends, learning, growing, and living their best life.

We made a list of 3 senior living communities to visit for my sister, in August 2025. Sandia Vista was the first on the list and we didn't waste our time looking further. Absolutely everything you could want in a community living situation... nice clean rooms, beautiful community spaces, excellent food, transpiration, extensive and consistent social activities. That said... the most important thing they showed us was a culture among the staff and residents that is warm, welcoming and kind. The trifecta of any living situation right? Fast forward.. my sister has now been living and thriving at SVSL for almost 3 months and all that we accessed on that initial interview has remained true. Thank you Jadon, Vincent and Erika and everyone else at Sandia Vista Senior Living! We could not be happier.

I highly recommend checking out Sandia Vista Senior Living Center. I moved there over a month ago. I have not regretted it at all. Friendly administration and residents! I cannot believe how many friends. I have made there! Clean facility inside and out! They allowed Sadie there! The staff and residents love my dog!!! They have a great dog park on site. The food is good....meals are there 3 times a day. The kitchen has an anytime menu for the residents! Activities galore! So many great amenities! I am glad that I chose this wonderful place to live!!!!

The apartments are very nice, modern, easy to maintain. You have your own AC and on demand hot water. It’s quiet enough even for me. The bathroom especially the shower is a dream to use. The cleaning staff is very efficient. The cooks/ food are wonderful the wait-people are nice. They have meals for vegetarians like me. Some residents are so interesting and have led such fascinating lives. Most of all Yvonne (I forget her title) manager or director or something just absolutely makes things work. Thanks Yvonne.

My mom is currently living at Sandia Vista Senior Living. She is so happy, comfortable, and safe! Sandia Vista is a beautiful place to live! The staff are so friendly, kind, and loving! There are so many activities for the residents. The activities director, Amy, works tirelessly to create a fun and warm environment! My Grandmother lived here for a while. It was nice living quarters and the seniors have a chance to socialize and stay active with events and activities. The staff was nice and attentive and treated my Grandmother well. The meals are regular, consistent, healthy, and balanced. Family is welcome to visit and see their loved ones. Highly recommended!

I've lived here for 5 years and I love my neighbors and the long-time staff because they keep me going. I am also an ambassador here and volunteer to run bingo. I have enjoyed the trips we've gone on like the Arizona trip for instance. Sandia Vista has been a blessing to me.

I have been looking at Senior Living facilities for 2 years and I decided on Sandia Vista. I have been here for for a month and I love living here! The staff are excellent and the food is very good. They have food available between the regular meal times. The rooms are spacious and clean. Every apartment has a complete kitchen, even a dishwasher! The facility is very pet friendly and they have a dog park . The grounds are beautiful for walking or just sitting outside. The people I've met are friendly and enjoy living here. There are activities for everyone and a variety of trips planned. I highly recommend anyone to chose Sandia Vista for Senior Living.

My brother lives here. We couldn't be happier with the staff here. They are very attentive and always kind. The staff is very interactive with the residence always making them feel important, valued and respected. The rooms are clean and spacious. Even the studio has plenty of room for 1 person. They have many daily activities here to keep residence enjoying there days. Sandia Vista is a safe and joyous place to live.

Moved my mother here 7 months ago and everything has been fantastic. I couldn’t ask for a better place for her. She enjoys the meals, social contact, safety of the premises, large comfortable apartment, kind and caring staff, and is just happier than i have seen her in many years. Thank tou Sandia Vista!

I just moved my father into this retirement community. He was living on his own and was declining even with my sister and I checking on him 4 times a week. He's here on hospice now, and they offer a la carte care services, but you don't have to have anything extra. Vince is amazing! The vibe is so good. I feel like the price may be the best in Albuquerque! Love it!

A nice and quiet environment where my good friend has chosen to live on. After his retirement, he lived on his own for several years alone at an apartment unit, but several years later, as he enjoyed his retirement years, his sister noticed what I’ve already had observed as his close friend, being alone on his own was becoming a challenge for him. They spoke about moving to the State she lived in, but he felt cozier there in the city he had called home for several decades . They chose Sandia Vista Senior Living, and now for the years ahead, right there in the heart of his beloved city of Albuquerque, he gets to enjoy a more fulfilling environment where he isn’t alone on his own but has a network of loving caring staff and even neighbors whom like him, are on the Sunset of their lives and enjoying a great environment all around without a doubt. He is happier, 🙂

We visited our brother and sister--in-law at Sandia Vista Senior Living. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of the apartments. We enjoyed the gardens and fountain outside. The roses, snapdragons and other plants were beautiful. The tomato plants are growing very well and should produce delicious tomatoes in about a month. The residents we met were all very friendly. Sandia Vista has been awesome in its support of the the gentleman i work with at all points of his experience, from the initial tour, finalizing the details of his move in and now with his transition to a smaller apartment. There has been a hiccup with a new bed delivery and moving the existing bed which is a small adjustable bed/ hospital bed. Yvonne suggested the perfect solution by offering a guest suite for a few days. This was wonderful for my client as his anxiety over the details of it all slowly came down when this option was presented. Thank you. Its been a wonderful residence for him. All staff are kind and friendly. I would definitely suggest Sandis Vista as a senior living option!

My mother-in-law was cared for at Sandia Vista for 8 years before she passed. Treatment was excellent. A personal relationship between staff, my mother-in-law, and our family developed as we shared the days together. Food was excellent, as was the service provided. More recently, we have helped a family member become a resident at Sandia Vista who has early stages of Alzheimer's. We were encouraged to discover that much of the original staff we knew from my mother-in-laws stay were still working at Sandia Vista. Once again, care has been excellent, food is better than ever, and the personal attention given to care for our family member is more than we could have expected. The staff, and the care teams that assist the staff are top notch. We recommend Sandia Vista highly. Gary Blankenship
