I can’t say enough good things about Baldwin House Lakeside. My mom has been there for almost 2 years and she loves it. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond. I was very worried about moving my mom to this type of facility but now I see how happy she is singing and dancing and loving all her friends and I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you Baldwin House for taking such good care of my mom and a huge relief off my shoulders. Highly recommend!!!

It's a very reputable business. It's very nice, the units are beautiful and they treat their residents with the utmost respect. They have food they serve. They have workout equipment and many more things offered to their residents. I'd highly recommend Baldwin House for seniors.

My Mom has been there since Sept 2021 and every time we inquire about her shower she hasn't had one. Also we sign up for a menu and she is given whatever they have. Not what she ordered. Not pleased with the care.

We moved my 81 year old father here July 2021. Was not sure if it would work, he recently lost his lady friend of 8 years and there are definitely signs of damentia. This place is AWESOME!! Lois especially has been such a blessing! I cannot thank her enough. The ENTIRE staff is amazing. It’s been 4 months now and even my dad continues to say what a great place and is so impressed everyone knows him by name. What a relief it has been on all of us.

My dear friend, Daniel Sinnhuber, had spent the majority of the last five months of his life at Baldwin House. The people were so kind. The staff was so kind. The staff really knew who everybody was that lived there. A lot of sincere good people work there. I thank them for making Dan always feel special.

Mom recently passed away after living her final years at American House, Lakeside in Clinton Township. We felt American House would be a safe, secure, and clean place for her to live. We were not disappointed. From administrative staff to the on site medical staff, they did a great job for Mom. They also went above and beyond the call of duty in the way they worked with me since I live out of state. If one is considering a senior community, I heartily recommend American House Lakeside in Clinton Township.

es I highly recommend American house my favorite aunt lives there and I have been there a few times. The staff is always helpful and and just treat us like one of the family. The facility is always clean and bright. None of this union smells. We stayed for breakfast everything you could possibly want. Also for dinner again, all was great. My mom moved in March 1, 2017 and we are extremely happy with the American House. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office staff helped me so much, thank you Katie! The food is fabulous and the dining staff is very nice, Terri in laundry is outstanding, Ray in maintenance is awesome, Sherita the nurse and all the nurses aids are always there to help my mom, Kevin in physical therapy has helped mom be more mobile and Sarah and Nick in entertainment truly keeps my mom smiling, social and happy. My mom has made tons of new friends and continues to make more. She is healthier and happier since moving to the American House.
