Terra Bella Athens is a beautiful retirement community that I recommend to all my friends who are looking for a new living arrangement for active senior adults. Maintaining a home is costly and time-consuming, and Terra Bella is a great maintenance-free option that offers a beautiful location, conveniently located to access all the Athens-Clarke County retailers, restaurants, top-notch health care, Classic City sights and events, University of Georgia campus and sports, and as well as close by Oconee County. Not only is it beautiful, Terra Bella Epps offers many different living arrangements including apartments and cottages that include security, utilities, housekeeping, chef prepared meals, spacious and well-appointed common areas, social activities, exercise facilities and outdoor amenities, ample parking, trips to doctor visits, fun field trips, special events, and holiday activities. Personally, I love how Terra Bella is always hosting events for the community like car shows, oldies music, family nights, luaus and more. The staff are super friendly and caring too!

Terra Bella at Epps Bridge is a truly wonderful senior community. The staff is caring and patient. Dana is a big-hearted, strong, capable leader who looks out for her residents. The kitchen staff offer a lovely dining experience and delicious food. Lively musical talent is brought in regularly to the delight of the residents. It's a loving community of which to be a part.

Terra Bella’s Staff is always kind, patient and attentive to the residents. Dana, Hannah and Emily Kate are awesome! The rooms are well-kept, the common areas are clean and the grounds are secure. There are fun daily activities and tasty healthy meals. I love to visit Terra Bella with my Preschool Kindness Club.We visit the residents about four times a year. We sing and make crafts with the residents. Our favorite activity last year was the Easter Egg Hunt!

This place is incredibly wonderful and beautiful. There are different floor plans depending on your needs and meals provided, as well as a private kitchenette. There are social events available. Also, the staff is very nice and engaging.

My mother-in-law called Terra Bella home, for the last 6 years of her long life. She was so happy and had so much fun there! She met wonderful friends, residents and employees, alike! They had all kinds of social activities which kept her sharp, physically and mentally. If we had it to do all over again, there is no doubt, Terra Bella is where we’d move her and if she could do it all over, that’s where she’d want to be too.

I toured every retirement community and assisted living facility in Athens and chose Terra Bella when my mom needed to live in a community. Many of the staff have been there for years. They know every resident and are so incredibly kind. Every request I made on behalf of my mom was handled quickly and kindly. My mom developed dementia and needed to move in with my brother and with full-time care. We miss Terra Bella because we made friends there, because the entertainment was something my mom looked forward to, and because it's a great place.

I am thankful that she had a place to live that fit her needs so well. 3 Years Ago: We have been associated with Terra Bella Previously, Iris Placefor many years, and it has always been a very positive and good experience for our family The staff is professional, caring, kind and responsible. We love the holiday traditions, and also all the services such as transportation, the in-house physical therapy, the activity programs and the excursions. Lisa Lewis has helped us many times in many capacities. We are looking forward to the updates and remodeling that are underway.
