Due to the nature of my profession I have visited many senior communities in and around the Denver Metro area, and Lakewood Estates is at the top of my list to refer clients to. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful and the residents are always seem so happy and well taken care of. The grounds and buildings are always clean and well maintained and the pricing is one of the most affordable options for quality senior living that I have come across. I will continue to send clients to them because I know they will be in great hands and have a safe, clean atmosphere to call home. Sarah and her team are doing amazing things over there!

After having my grandpa live here I would recommend this community to anyone looking for themselves or their family members. The community location is great, the building is open and bright and the staff is amazing. Once you move here you become apart of a family.

I was blessed to have been brought to this community by my family friend Linetta moving there September of last year. The welcome she received from the staff and caregivers was amazing and made her feel at home right away. We noticed in particular that the Management is a huge part of why this community is so inviting. Brooke and Sarah are always doing their best to be attentive in addressing everyones needs and are a big part of the camaraderie here. And I can't say enough about John…in charge of maintenance. He always has a smile on his face and is so complimentary to the residents. I enjoy having lunch and catching up with everyone when I can. I would recommend Lakewood estates to any senior who wants to enjoy and be a part of a tight knit community.Much love for allTHANKU

My uncle lived here for 3 years and all I can say is how amazing this community is. The rooms are spacious and so many common areas for the residents. They have a ton of natural light coming in. The staff is really committed to the community and the residents and you dont see that often. Sarah, Brooke ans Sandra go above and beyond for everyone in this building. I would recommend anyone and everyone to live here. This is a place where you can trust that your family member will be safe.

After considering other options, I came to the realization that this place was the perfect fit. After just one tour I noticed how welcoming the community was and how friendly the staff was, specifically Brooke. Absolutely recommend if you're looking for an ideal way of living.

My sister lived here for 2 years before she unfortunately passed. She loved living here. The staff was very caring and very good at taking care of all here needs. The residence became her family. I highly recommend this place!

I've been at the Estates a little over a month ago. Even before I moved in, both Brooke and Sarah treated me with respect. All the residents and staff have been very friendly as well. They don't treat you like a stranger. It feels like a family, like coming home.

The residents are wonderful! Unfortunately, it has become a place more concerned with the bottom line than the wellbeing of the people who live there. Meals are not as they once were and it is difficult to find healthful choices as they are mostly institutionally processed, starch, and sugar filled.

We toured Lakewood Estates earlier this month exploring the possibility of my mother living there. While she didnt end up being able to live there due to her various medical problems we felt it was appropriate to write a review because we had such a positive experience.Lakewood Estates was by far our #1 choice out of the many places we toured in the Denver area.Kelly Garlutzo was hands down the nicest most compassionate and thorough person we have met throughout this tough adventure in finding my mother the right place to land.We spoke with Maria with the companion care team and the Physical Therapy coordinator Laura and also had very positive experiences from them.is very clean and organized in a simple layout with beautiful decor. The rooms are open with lots of light and the floor plans are perfect for people needing space to move. Everything is modern and warm and inviting.The activities calendar was excellent as wellI really wish we could have move my mother in here, she would have loved it.

My mother in law lived here for years. Good staff and clean facilities. they were in the middle of a remodel last I was there, so there was some construction going on, and the prices were (justifiably) going up in the coming months
