Leelynn and staff are true guardians angels!!! They moved mountains literally to get my mother's apartment ready over the holiday weekend with new paint, carpet, refrigerator etc. And made her feel so WELCOMED when she arrived! She absolutly LOVES the chef style AMAZING food catered in the dining hall! So many activities to keep her busy, socializing all day long and not feeling lonely anymore! HIGHLY recommend placing your loved one here in EXCELLENT care, with the hands on staff for any of your needs to make this feel like HOME!!!

The attention to detail in service and warm welcome you receive as a new tenant is impressive. Our aunt has a hard time with changes. Moving to a new location was difficult. Kara Landis and the staff knew just how to make her feel welcome and secure with her move.

This community is amazing! The residents are so friendly and make you feel so welcomed! And the staff at this property are really helpful and beyond amazing! I really have no complaints about this place from the food to the events to the staff everything is absolutely wonderful!! They deserve all the stars in the world! My uncle lived here for 3 years and all I can say is how amazing this community is. The rooms are spacious and so many common areas for the residents. They have a ton of natural light coming in. The staff is really committed to the community and the residents and you dont see that often. Sarah, Brooke ans Sandra go above and beyond for everyone in this building. I would recommend anyone and everyone to live here. This is a place where you can trust that your family member will be safe.

Due to the nature of my profession I have visited many senior communities in and around the Denver Metro area, and Lakewood Estates is at the top of my list to refer clients to. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful and the residents are always seem so happy and well taken care of. The grounds and buildings are always clean and well maintained and the pricing is one of the most affordable options for quality senior living that I have come across. I will continue to send clients to them because I know they will be in great hands and have a safe, clean atmosphere to call home. Sarah and her team are doing amazing things over there!

I was blessed to have been brought to this community by my family friend Linetta moving there September of last year. The welcome she received from the staff and caregivers was amazing and made her feel at home right away. We noticed in particular that the Management is a huge part of why this community is so inviting. Brooke and Sarah are always doing their best to be attentive in addressing everyones needs and are a big part of the camaraderie here. And I can't say enough about John...in charge of maintenance. He always has a smile on his face and is so complimentary to the residents. I enjoy having lunch and catching up with everyone when I can. I would recommend Lakewood estates to any senior who wants to enjoy and be a part of a tight knit community.Much love for allTHANKU

I've been at the Estates a little over a month ago. Even before I moved in, both Brooke and Sarah treated me with respect. All the residents and staff have been very friendly as well. They don't treat you like a stranger. It feels like a family, like coming home.

The residents are wonderful! Unfortunately, it has become a place more concerned with the bottom line than the wellbeing of the people who live there. Meals are not as they once were and it is difficult to find healthful choices as they are mostly institutionally processed, starch, and sugar filled.

We toured Lakewood Estates earlier this month exploring the possibility of my mother living there. While she didn't end up being able to live there due to her various medical problems we felt it was appropriate to write a review because we had such a positive experience. Lakewood Estates was by far our #1 choice out of the many places we toured in the Denver area. Kelly Garlutzo was hands down the nicest most compassionate and thorough person we have met throughout this tough adventure in finding my mother the right place to land. We spoke with Maria with the companion care team and the Physical Therapy coordinator Laura and also had very positive experiences from them. Lakewood is very clean and organized in a simple layout with beautiful decor. The rooms are open with lots of light and the floor plans are perfect for people needing space to move. Everything is modern and warm and inviting. The activities calendar was excellent as well! I really wish we could have move my mother in here, she would have loved it.

My mother in law lived here for years. Good staff and clean facilities. they were in the middle of a remodel last I was there, so there was some construction going on, and the prices were (justifiably) going up in the coming months.

Clean and quiet. Amenities go unused and neglected. Garage area is unusually dirty just based upon neglect. Residents are happy.
