I highly recommend Solstice. They initially were not on my radar, until I realized it was an independent living facility that also provided assisted living services at various levels, so you only pay for what you need, making the cost much more affordable. Before moving my dad in, they let us visit as often as we wanted, including joining the residents during meals. Every resident I spoke with was happy, vibrant, and enjoyed living there. The management goes above and beyond to provide an active and incredibly joyful atmosphere. My dad has only been there about a month, but so far I'm very pleased and grateful he is in such a good place.

Moving my mom from her 5 acres of over 40 years, was a difficult decision at best! Solstice has allowed my mom to thrive in the community of Amazing Care, and wonderful new friends!! I say it’s like a cruise ship, lots of fun always available making it different every day for the residents! Paula and Joyce are the kindest, heartfelt,and hardworking women who care deeply for everyone here! Solstice is a wonderful place for our mom. They have a friendly staff and there are lots of activities for the residents. The facility is tastefully decorated and the grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

I moved my 90 year old mother to Solstice 3.5 years ago. My wife and I liked the bright open common spaces and the room layouts available. The activities shedule is full all day every day. But over time I have come to value the staff and residents even more. The staff is happy and upbeat, and we share notes about the well-being of my Mom whenever I visit (about every 3-4 days). I have come to know many of the residents as well, because they are parents of my friends and neighbors. The staff and the residents combined make Solstice a delight.

We loved Solstice from the day we walked in. It was the first place we looked at and we thought we couldn't possibly have found the perfect place on our first try...so we looked at others but quickly made our way back! We didn't want to risk losing the great apartment for my brother-in-law. Joyce has been absolutely wonderful and along with Liz and Paula, has kept us up to date on how things were going for my brother-in-law in his new place. We dont want him anywhere else, or with anyone else but 5hem. Thank you, everyone at Solstice!

Mom stayed at Solstice recently on a respite stay of 30 days. She loved it so much she decided to make the move permanently. We feel so blessed to have Solstice in our community for mom to move into and still be able to be a part of the Auburn she loves. The staff at Solstice are outstanding, they continue to go out of their way to be welcoming and create an atmosphere of love and caring.

Solstice has been a godsend for my family. Our 93 year old father has lived there for a couple years. We really wanted him in an independent living facility so that he would have more opportunities to socialize. And boy does he socialize there. He has made so many wonderful friends all with very different and interesting life stories. The management and staff are incredible too. There are so many events and entertainment provided for the residents. It also has recently been remodeled and everything looks lovely. Best decision we made.

Recently moved my Dad here after 62 years in his house and losing my Mum 10 months ago. We were apprehensive how he would adjust to it, but within 24 hours he was loving it... The staff are always friendly and ready to help. The residents are happy and look out for each other. Would highly recommend, only wish we had made the move sooner...

My dad has been part of the Solstice community for almost three years. It has been a such a blessing. First and foremost is the amazing staff. They all go above and beyond to take great care of the residents. They all have wonderful attitudes and do it all with a smile. The daily activities are fun and inclusive , there is something for everyone. It is a safe and comfortable environment. I am so happy we found Solstice.

I haven’t fully moved in my dad into the community yet, but thus far it’s been an incredible experience. The complex is absolutely beautiful; it’s not as updated as others, but overall it’s been such a pleasant experience. I have been speaking mostly with Bianca, and she has made this experience absolutely stress free as possible for myself and my dad, especially with COVID - I was impressed! She was able to show me a staged studio room from the outside, and answered ALL a LOT of questions. My dad is moving from Southern California; she took at least an hour to give my dad a visual FaceTime walk through of the entire community: fitness, laundry, dinning, activity center, etc... She answered all questions. Our room wasn’t ready, so our move in date got pushed back. Herself and her manager gave us a prorated move in date, and they had some specials which was perfect to help subsidize with the entire move in experience as my dad want to move in ASAP-within 2 weeks. She sent us all the paperwork needed by expediting it down south; she was flexible on us expediting our deposit and first month rent to make the 31st deadline for the special. She has been a delight! Honestly, I was more observing the resident and community interaction between everyone, and everyone seemed so kind, friendly, and genuinely happy! I’ve had a horrible experience with my dads past senior living. The compassion, sincerity, and efficiency of the community was what I believe exactly what we could ask for right now!

My mom is ok living here .But there has been a lot of changes with employees and staff. That is hard for the people who live there now and it is not fair for them to have to deal with that much change. My Mom has special people that help her so if that changes it will be hard on her. So the staff needs to get there act together to be on point with taking care of my Mom and everyone else in that facility. They need to think that this is there parent in this place. And realize that this could be your mom and want the Best for your family member.
