We moved my wife's parents from another facility to Harrison Regent in February. The room was very nice, the food was good, the staff was wonderful and caring. Sadly, due to medical issues, we had to move them to a different assisted living facility (Regent only does independent living). This wasn't anyone's fault. Our only problems were with the front office. They were difficult to reach and promised to call back, but didn't. This went on for DAYS! If you never need to contact the front office, you'll LOVE Harrison Regent. If you do, good luck!

This is such an incredible place! We just recently moved my mom in and they take such great care of her, they have so many great amenities and Jamie in the office is absolutely wonderful! Our family is so happy knowing our mother is here!

I love this place! My grandmother stays here and they treat her well! I love the staff and love the programs they put on during the holidays. I like that they ensure you check in and check out during your stay. It is a nice facility and makes my grandma feel like it is her own little home!

Very poorly kept. The smell was very disgusting. They need to take carpets out of hallways especially with pets. The studio was very nice but definitely couldn't live there with the smell. I have worked in SNF & this facility was terrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone...

I have always had a great experience with Harrison Regent. I have worked for Hospice in the past and currently an assisted living. They are great community partners. Serah is amazing and really goes above and beyond to make sure each resident is exceptionally taken care of. I have done activities with the residents in the past and it was so much fun! The entire community was involved and everyone had a great time. The facility is clean and staff are friendly.

I brought a friend to visit and while she was eager to go was still quite apprehensive about living in such a place. After a tour and lunch with a resident, she decided this was the place she wanted to live and is now ready and eager to make this move.

Harrison regent is amazing. They truly treat your loved one as a guest rather than a patient. They have loads of activities, delicious meals, and extremely caring employees. I helped move someone at this place and I couldnt help but notice how lively it was. The people were so kind and friendly. I honestly wanted to stay longer because of the wonderful atmosphere that was present.

Harrison Regency is a tip class adult living place. Rooms are very nice and homey. Dining room and dining service is rather amazing. I could very easily live out the rest of my life there. My mother was there 3 days before she had a turn for the worst and had to go to assisted living. We wish we had moved her there sooner so she couldve enjoyed such a wonderful place.

My grandma is well taken care of here. She has a beautiful room, a great view from the building and she enjoys the other tenants. The facility is lovely. The food is delicious as well. The cook is amazing. The place is well kept and up to date.

I love having my mother there, she is happier and really enjoys being there ! She had become more active and participates in some activities and has fun doing it! I really miss Rose, she was so wonderful.. I do have to say that Roxie makes that place Great! She really understands and loves every resident and cares for them. She also pays close attention to every resident as well. Here is a great example: ROXIE had noticed that my mother looked and acted kinda sick like she was not feeling well, she mentioned it to me, I had not noticed (I am not there all of the time.) I took my mother to the doctor and she had a pretty bad bladder infection.!!!!! It could have turned worse, My mom had no symptoms either. She literally saved my mom and I from a lot of stress and a possible hospital stay. Roxie just makes that place what it is!! I However, am not to impressed with Josh(he took over Roses position). It really seems like he is so rough around the edges, lacking qualities that a person in his position should have! There is another office lady, I think she may help with getting new people in.. Well, I am not impressed with her attitude either, she is always staring and glaring(maybe she needs glasses) I dont know, but its never pleasant to be around when someone is staring you down. Other than those two chief complaints .. WE absolutely love it! And would recommend this place to everyone!
