I'd give this place one star if it wasn't for how hard at work only a select few are. Two stars have been knocked off by one person alone and that's Angie. She's just unpleasant to be around and seems incredibly fake. It's like everyone else has to work harder to pick-up after her slack; at least from what I've seen.

As a provider within the community, I have had a spectacular experience with the staff at Crestwood! They truly care about all of their patients and go above and beyond to meet each individual’s need. I will continue to work with Crestwood as they have provided ongoing assistance for those who truly need it!

I’ve had a very positive experience with Crestwood Care Center. The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful ” they truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel cared for and supported. Management is clearly working hard to continue enhancing the facility, and it shows in the improvements and dedication they put into the care environment. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and reassuring, which brings peace of mind knowing loved ones are in good hands. Highly recommend Crestwood for the compassion, professionalism, and commitment to quality care.

The staff at Crestwood Rehabilitation and Nursing were wonderful for the nine and a half months that I was a resident. I dont know what I would have done without there patients. They took a broken man and made him whole again. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for making me a productive member of society again.

I am normally not one to come on and leave negative reviews, but it is completely mind blowing to me that a care facility that is responsible for people’s loved ones can’t do the most basic of things such as answering a phone call. I was called last night and informed that my father who is under their care left the facility and they couldn’t find him ( fine not their fault ) I thought he would probably turn up at my doorstep but he has not, i’ve called multiple time today to see if anyone’s heard anything or if they have any type of update but straight to voicemail time after time. it is so beyond frustrating and disappointing.

My mom was in there 6 yrs ago. The staff is friendly and compassionate. They are always doing special little things for the patients to brighten their day.

Nice facility, caring staff, and patients are treated with respect and grace. The online reviews looked bad and had us concerned until we experienced it for ourselves. I think they are a good facility. I speak from experience, having had a mother-in-law in 5 facilities over 15 years, I feel I have some knowledge of care facilities. This facility is clean. In the time I was there I saw several employees mopping, emptying trash, sweeping, etc. This facility smells good. Please take into mind this is a care facility for elderly, rehabilitation & hospice care. It's not going to smell like a flower shop, but considering what it is, it smells taken care of. This facility has ample employees. I saw at least 50 employees of different status; doctors, nurses, CNAs, janitorial, cooks, dishwashers, maintenance, etc. It is FULLY staffed. People posting are hurting from loss & worry. Their opinions might be skewed. If you're interested in the facility, I would encourage you to visit and check it out for yourself.
