I wish I could leave a hundred star review for Legacy House/ Ogden. Our loved one has been a resident of Legacy for about a year and a half now. I cannot praise the staff enough, all the staff. Clint, Jennie, and Tina are the most understanding, caring, people!. They, along with all the medical staff, the aids, the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff, we cannot say enough good things about each and every one of them. I highly recommend Legacy House for your loved one. They have given us peace of mind knowing how much they all truly care for the residents that live there. I have witnessed the care day in and day out. The warm welcome we receive as her family each time we visit is felt every time, not just occasionally. This place is amazing!

We just moved my dad to the Legacy House of Ogden and we are very happy with everything there. Everyone is kind and welcoming to him and to all of his visitors. They asked us some of the things he liked and had a personalized gift package for him on the day we moved him in. He likes making smoothies so they have him help make smoothies for the other residents and staff once a month, he feels very important when he does. Many times when I’m visiting the staff will stop by to let him know there’s an activity or to see if he’s coming to eat. I’ve been very impressed and happy with our experience so far.

Great welcome from wonderful staff with fun amenities. I cannot thank the Staff and management enough for the past 7 months looking after my Mom in law Renee as she approached 96 years of age. The activities have been fantastic, the food and atmosphere in the restaurant was served with great staffing service and very consistent, all truly enjoyable with tremendous support from all at Legacy at every level. . To help our Renee cope the med staff have been very professional and no doubt made her comfortable and as she said many times this is my home and happy to be there. A great place to book my spot. Highly recommended.

Moving into Legacy House Ogden has been an amazing experience for my parents! The staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make my parents feel welcome. Also the follow up regarding medications and future doctors appointments has been exceptional as well!

I showed up on time and no one was there to greet me. Finally, after about 15 minutes waiting a receptionist volunteered to take me on a tour. She was great, but the marketing director who was supposed to give the tour showed up late and never greeted me. She never sent a card or text expressing regret for not doing the tour or any kind of followup. Fortunately, they have a great receptionist, but certainly lacked any excellence from the marketing team. I would contrast this from other places that were on time, had my name waiting and did a very professional tour with a hand written follow up note and a followup text.

We were very positively impressed with the personal care and well planned activities we witnessed while our mother was a resident there. We appreciated the compassion the staff showed towards our mother. Cleanliness was also a big plus. We highly recommend Legacy House of Ogden.

My mother was very happy at Legacy house. they have always been attentive and their activity Director has been phenomenal. We’ve always had great help with any of the staff, nursing, reception, housekeeping, beauty salon. I wish I could give them a higher rating than five because they definitely deserve it when it comes to patient care and keeping families informed.

We moved my dad in recently after my mother’s passing. Dad was very lonely after 65 1/2 years of marriage. He is very social and Legacy House has been a great fit. The bottom line is that he loves it here. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help us when we have questions. Give Legacy House a try. They will not disappoint.

Im a cna with agency and i go to legacy house of ogden 2-3 times a week to have cna visit with patients .. Well i was in a rush today and locked my keys in my car .. Maintenance guy ( didnt grab his name ) Went out of his way and helped me out !! So thankful !! Thank you this facility is all around so welcoming and amazing 🙂

lately this facility has had my husband running around doing their medical job. the patient was seen in the emergency. since she is between doctors there was no one to handle her case after she left the emergency room. i don't understand why they couldn't get the on call NP to handle the situation, instead of him having him go outside the facility to obtain additional care. up to this point i felt the facility was exceptional.

I will have lived at Legacy close to a year now. Will celebrate my 80th birthday in Nov. I have lived in a few facilities and my wife (who has dementia) has lived in a few more. I cannot express my gratitude and thankfulness enough to those who take care of me 24-7. I brag about the food (it's restaurant quality), about how clean they keep not only my apartment but the whole facility. The CEO Brad is the brightest, motivated and most caring administrator I have ever been associated with. He even takes his lunch hour to shoot pool with me. Now that is caring at its finest. If you are looking for the ideal place either for yourself or a loved one, you must at least check on Legacy House by calling Deanna our marketing director. You can find the number above. If you get a chance to come visit ask for Dave.. you'll get to hear me brag about this place in person.

I have the opportunity and pleasure to visit patients and their families at Legacy House of Ogden. There is a definite feeling of "home" from the time I enter the doors that is reflected in each of the staff. The tender personalized care that they provide to the residents is beyond what would be considered as needed, they provide that extra special additional care and concern that help those living here "feel at home" My life is blessed by working alongside the wonderful staff, and for the residents. I highly recommend Legacy house and would definitely consider it for my friends and family when the need arises.

Deanna is completely loving and does everything IN HER POWER to care for and love each and every resident that walks through the door. She does the most important role at legacy which is being the FIRST individual the resident and family interact with before they move in. Deanna does so much for the residents and family AND staff, from the scheduling, to the meetings, to the room set up and so on. Deanna is just the best.

Legacy House of Ogden is fantastic. They truly care about their residents. My Grandmother was there many years ago and two of my Aunts also lived there. We appreciate all they did for our loved ones.

My mother in law has been living here for a few years now and loves it. Staff goes the extra mile having parties and activities that involve the residents and their families. Always clean. Only thing we don’t like is the dog that barks at us and scares our kids as we come to visit. Take the grumpy dog away and you’d have a 5 star facility for sure!
