The staff have been incredibly supportive and kind throughout our tour and leasing process. The place looks very well maintained with lots of amenities and services. So excited for my Mom and Dad to move here!

I find ALL the staff here kind and caring which helps when you are away from family and trying to make a new home! Some residents have a hard time sharing at first… I was told I couldn't sit in one seat or another for meals when I first got here, but now, after a few months, people got to know me and are more friendly. It's kind of like a new kid in school, shouldn't be, but as we age, we sometime revert to childish ways. So many of us watch out for each other now, like extended family.

Big big thank you to Jenny. My brother and I started our search for answers on how to take the best care of our parents. I didn't realize there are different facilities/ assisted living optionds depending where one is at physically and mentally. Jenny was able to talk us through options that might be best for our family since everyone is in a different situation. I appreciated the genuine caring and advise that was given in the next steps to keep my parents safe .

Great experience through out the tour and leasing process when urgently seeking a place for a parent. Even though the census was 91% the sales agent (Jenny) worked to put together options for my mother that allowed for a timely transition and an opportunity to upgrade to a larger apartment when available. We showed up at 3:30 on a Friday and Jenny worked with us for over 2 hours and never looked at the clock. Move in day is the 26th and my mother is happily telling all her friend above her move.

I toured the Lodge this past weekend w Jenny Cazares and was very impressed with the facilities. We decided to reserve a room for my Mom. Jenny was incredibly informative, professional and easy to work with. We are looking forward to moving our Mom in soon.

The lodge is really nice and they are in the process of revamping it to make it even more beautiful. Great staff, menus look fantastic, apartments are well done and residents appeared happy, busy, and like they are right at home. Jenny, a staff member that helps offer tours, is so understanding and informative and really just wants any potential renter to feel like they are making a decision that is right for them. If you're considering, just go take a look.

Holiday Lodge at Cold Spring provided a warm and welcoming home for my late father. The rooms are very nice and food exceeds expectations. The community embraced my father and he was so happy there. One really nice aspect is the linen service that makes sure residents have clean sheets. The help from Jenny Cazares was extremely effective and she regularly went beyond the call of duty, including visiting my father in the hospital and helping identify places we could get furniture or give things to those who needed it. She is a wealth of information about elder care resources. Jhana Clay has also been helpful managing billing questions and ensuring that all the business end of things were resolved after my father's passing.

The Lodge at Cold Spring was a welcoming community to our father during what would be his last few months of life. Jenny Cazares was professional beyond expectations and offered more care and warmth to all residents there. She is a font of knowledge with regards to all matters dealing with health care, plus lots of other useful information. After my initial introductory meeting with her, my siblings quickly felt at ease and contacted her directly with requests that were promptly delivered. She even visited our father in the hospital and in hospice as he approached his end-of-life stage, and her visits were truly welcomed by him, and us. Having her assistance at a time of unanticipated and highly stressful choices about our father's future was a godsend. She always inquired about any additional help she could give after initiating a topic and she chased down answers with deft professionalism. I strongly recommend The Lodge at Cold Spring. Jenny's excellent proficiency as the Community Sales Director makes such a positive difference. We wish her all the best going forward.

Three years ago I would have given this facility about 4.3 stars. After the change in management, everything has gone downhill. Lack of staff in all areas, not even someone to reach after hours. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the Care Company that offers services.

Holiday retirement and the staff here at Cold Springs run a first class operation. Last fall I took it upon myself to tidy up the chefs garden. This spring I would like to help with the planting. I would also like to teach a class on wine appreciation. My plans also include moving south to another Holiday property. The best perk is travel rights to visit other Holiday villages. Keep up the good work

The people that work there are great always helpful. Id refer anyone that wanted to live with assisted living to go there. My dearest friend Jan went there and loved to listen to all the conversations going on. Also they have so much to do. Like bingo, movies, play pool,dances and entertainment ect.

This place is top shelf, everything you would expect for your loved ones. My wifes Aunt lived there for over 9 years before she passed and the care and cooperation between The Lodge and Care Giving by Kathy was both capable and compassionate. This business model allowed her Aunt to live independently until the ripe old age of 101. Her 100th birthday was even celebrated with the cooperation of the local TV station. You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to compare this facility to the area at large.
